Been going to SusiCakes in SoCal for a long time, first to the Newport Beach location starting back in 2010 and then to the Laguna Niguel location because we moved closer to there. Now finally getting round to writing a review which was inspired by my recent experience. First, the online ordering system is fantastic, allowing me to easily customized my cake, add inscription, colors, etc. Then when I picked up a huge Celebration cake I ordered, the service has always been awesome....

Best customer service I have ever received at an establishment!! Cupcakes and cakes are amazing and people are so kind! They know that people coming in often are there for some sort of celebration and they match the energy and are equally excited for what you are celebrating. This is the best location!
