Beware of the hidden "credit surcharge".
Food was good, but portions are not very large for the money.

That lobster roll lacks flavor. It's really bland. The clam chowder is ⛽️, in other words it's ?. I'm mot coming here again. Ill cook my lobster at home. Hella pricey for no flavor

Do not be fooled. They deleted their business from Google Maps to remove all the terribly negative reviews. The owners are dishonest in that regard. The food here is ridiculously overpriced for what you get, the service is lacking and the quality of the product doesn’t match the price charged. We had a terrible experience here previously as did many other reviewers before the restaurant managed to erase all old reviews. Buyer beware. Stay away from this place! It’s overpriced lackluster food.

I was craving lobster and my husband brought me to this place. Great service, we got to meet the owner and had a pleasant conversation during our wait. The lobster bisque was delicious and thick, I really tried not to lick my bowl haha the sandwich had a very generous amount of lobster meat. Thank you, We will be back!

They moved 30100 Town Center J Laguna Niguel ca 92677 949.503.1119 Great location so many options to choose from. Inside and outside seating!
The lobster roll had good flavor, but the portion was small for $30. The lobster was placed on a slice of thick bread that was partially slit down the middle. So it looked like it was piled on, but the reality it was a lot smaller portion than it appeared. Portion of Cole slaw was small but tasty. Not a value for the money.

It's a nice place to get a lobster roll. It's a little pricey, but lobster tends to be that way and the food was great. Good service and all the sides we tried were good, too. We didn't try the soups but the Mac n cheese was yummy.

The lobster shack. Not cheap. But they don’t serve cheap food. They serve stellar lobster rolls that are extremely generous. The chowders are all think and delicious. The newest addition of chili is unbelievable! Heat. But not too much heat. Just damn tasty.Thank you Dan!

Lobster was really good, bread was grilled/ toasted to perfection. We ordered one Connecticut style, which is warm and it was served with melted butter. We also had the clam chowder, it was really good, I mean who could skip that pairing?Blue Cheese coleslaw, it was different, but really good- IF you are a bleu cheese fan, 4 of us were, and we had to order another one!Not big enough for larger parties (5) hence the name shack. We had to sit outside, it was a little cold.We all love lobster rolls and this was a great find, to my surprise it only had 8 reviews, so I thought I’d add one, because every shack deserves some love.
