The lobster roll had good flavor, but the portion was small for $30. The lobster was placed on a slice of thick bread that was partially slit down the middle. So it looked like it was piled on, but the reality it was a lot smaller portion than it appeared. Portion of Cole slaw was small but tasty. Not a value for the money.

If you're craving a lobster roll, this is the spot! The shrimp cocktail (4 shrimps) is also good but the lobster bisque was the absolute best (along with the roll)! The crab cakes were pretty small especially for the price. The sides were also pretty small. They do have small bottles of wine (Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc) which was great! Service was pretty fast and everyone there nice. Nice and casual spot with easy and plenty of parking.

Lobster rolls to remember! On a recent stay in Laguna Beach I was on the hunt for delicious lobster rolls. Not too far from the ocean we found this gem! The menu is pretty simple and offers everything a seafood lover desires. Lobster, shrimp, and crab. We both had lobster rolls and each meal comes with two sides. The lobster comes from all parts of the world depending on the season and availability. Our lobster rolls were huge with extremely generous portions of sweet and succulent lobster. We didn't splurge on extra meat as we simply didn't need to. At $29.95 each and including two sides I found their prices to be very fair and under their competitors. The lobster was really good and very softly dressed in lemon butter aioli dusted with chives and light seasoning. The warm brioche bun that held all that meat together was perfect as well. Way more meat than bun! Service was very friendly and we enjoyed our meal on their patio taking advantage of perfect Cali low 70's temps. A BIG thank you to the owners Dan and Kim who brought this place to Laguna Niguel! We'll definitely be back!

Delicious lobster, crab, shrimp rolls, lobster bisque, clam chowder. Very friendly staff. A real hidden gem.

It's a nice place to get a lobster roll. It's a little pricey, but lobster tends to be that way and the food was great. Good service and all the sides we tried were good, too. We didn't try the soups but the Mac n cheese was yummy.

First time here and I tried the mac and cheese & the clam chowder. The mac and cheese tasted really good, but the sauce is very watery. It's more like a soup consistency which I didn't love, thicker sauce would make it even better. The clam chowder I wouldn't order again. Loved the thick consistency but it was weirdly citrusy. Typically you don't put lemon in clam chowder, but this one had a really prominent citrus taste which I assume is lemon and I didn't love it. It's like a bit of a spin on a classic clam chowder and I don't think it enhances the dish at all. Curious what the exact ingredients in this specific chowder are.

Food was amazing! You get what you pay for, as far as quality of food. Service was very helpful and understanding. There were not a lot of seating but luckily we found a seat!

The $30 lobster roll was delicious but way too expensive for a family of 5. Probably won't come again unless I just buy 1

The lobster shack. Not cheap. But they don’t serve cheap food. They serve stellar lobster rolls that are extremely generous. The chowders are all think and delicious. The newest addition of chili is unbelievable! Heat. But not too much heat. Just damn tasty.Thank you Dan!

Very good service. Lobster roll was very good. I liked the bread too. The only thing I would add next time is maybe a little melted butter. The tables outside are cute and pretty flowers are lining outdoor dining space. A very casual spot to go and splurge on something delicious.

Coming from the east coast, I was not expecting much, but this place is legit. Lobster roll and clam chowder are as good as you'd get in Boston or Martha's Vineyard. Lobster roll was perfect: the right kind of bread, buttered and grilled just right, plentiful amount of lobster, the right dressing on the lobster, just a touch of mayo, but mostly just lemon juice and butter. 11 out of 10. Clam chowder was delicate, creamy, and delicious. We also tried their chili and Cioppino, both were outstanding. It's a casual place, food was ready very fast, great personable service too. Thank you, Dan, we will be back to try other things on the menu soon. Tetyana and Rick.

Delicious. If you like lobster the food here is paradise, loaded with lobster. The sandwich was delicious. Lobster bisque was a bit sweet for me but still very good. I would go here more often except the price is a bit high. But then again it's lobster. When I feel like splurging a bit, this is a great spot. Sort of hidden off the Main Street but man the food is yummy!
