The Original Patsy's Irish Pub, Laguna Niguel

Pretty decent pub food and selection of whiskey or scotch. Lately the place is way understaffed creating long waits to place an order. Sat at the bar ignored for almost 15 minutes while bartender artfully avoided all eye contact. In his defense he seemed the only server and was clearly in the weeds.

Zach was a Terrible bar tender and was abusing his position. Also Chris who was a bouncer was an terrible as well. Don't recommend this establishment.

I went for live music on Sat and another day I went to play pool so one side for music if u want to dance great DJ and on the other side the pool table. Great bar tender friendly my bar tender was a Hispanic guy very honest that’s very important for me that don’t over charge or add u drinks. People are very friendly, I liked the food ,I just had snacks and drinks but even snacks were good . I really enjoyed my night make new friends.

Mostly older crowd, very locals only vibes here. Mix up with our servers on who would wait on our table. Even when we did land with a single waiter they were not super friendly or courteous and mostly absent.

Service is everything even if the food is good. I don't go back as a handful of bar-Traders are disrespectful... to name a few Noah, Brittney, and Mike. They act like mafia for bartenders. I have witnessed much. Then one day, I had my own experience. These bar-Traders seem to be schooled by the owner as they all have the same response and entitlement within their job. I would put a big Zero for service if I could....DON'T LET THIS PLACE DICTATE YOUr BUSINESS. You hired them just by coming in!!!

Patsy's is such a go to place. It's my favorite. The people are so welcoming, usually always the same people. There's an ATM and a jukebox that only takes cash but if you download the app you can use card. The bacon avocado rolls and the pretzel are good appetizers to b able to keep drinking without getting a quick buzz. Their restrooms are always clean. Never any drama or scenes. There's a pool table and darts. They also have different events like a dj, karoake, etc. Its definitely a comfort place.

As an Irishman from NYC . I seek out authentic comfort foods such as Brooklyn style pizza , And in the case of Patsys … Irish beef stew and the Beef stroganoff dishes. Both are amazingly flavorful!!! The stew is loaded with Filet mignon . Well stocked bar and fairly good staff each time I have been here. Also have pool tables

This bar was great. It was my first time going to a bar and I was able to stay two hours! Jeremy told myself and one of my friends he was looking out for our group and I just appreciated it so much.

I went with a group of like 8 women and was a little tucked away because I was just taking it all in but I felt safe there. I am so proud of myself that I was able to stay without anxiety being too strong.

I wasn't ignored because I was quiet (which one thousand percent could have happened) I was looked after. Great job staff team.

I had a blackberry bourbon lemonade and chicken strips, fries and like 4 refills of water, it was perfect. Awesome DJ to. I will definitely be back ?

The woman who works there is amazing. I drank too much today, and she kept coming into the restroom to check on me, was very protective and so kind to me. Not my best moment, but I really really appreciate it. Thank you so much.
