The Original Patsy's Irish Pub, Laguna Niguel

Patsy’s Irish Pub is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right.

What really stood out was the owner, Jack. He was very present and engaged, personally checking on patrons to see if they were enjoying their meals and asking if there was anything he could do to make their time even better. It’s rare to see an owner so hands-on and genuinely invested in every guest’s experience. He even took the time to invite everyone back for Karaoke Night and Trivia Night — both of which sound like so much fun!

If you’re looking for great food, great service, and a true neighborhood pub feel, I highly recommend Patsy’s Irish Pub. You’ll leave with a full stomach and a smile! 🍀

We just wanted a drink at an Irish Pub, so didn't have the food. Our bartender was awesome, the gentleman running the Trivia competition was gr8 and very engaging...really amped up our evening from simple drinks to a super fun night! All in the pub, whether or not they participated in the Trivia, were engaged, having a gr8 time, lifting mood and atmosphere.

Superfund local where it seemed everybody knew each other. Everybody was so welcoming and fun.. I had an absolute blast hanging out there.

We purchased very expensive fish & chips. $28 per person for 4 pieces of fish and steak fries plus what looks like cole slaw? This is not a $28 dinner. This may be worth $12. Doesnt matter what kind of white fish it still needs to taste good. So disappointed. We wanted yummy F&C and wont go back.

Pretty decent pub food and selection of whiskey or scotch. Lately the place is way understaffed creating long waits to place an order. Sat at the bar ignored for almost 15 minutes while bartender artfully avoided all eye contact. In his defense he seemed the only server and was clearly in the weeds.

Zach was a Terrible bar tender and was abusing his position. Also Chris who was a bouncer was an terrible as well. Don't recommend this establishment.

I went for live music on Sat and another day I went to play pool so one side for music if u want to dance great DJ and on the other side the pool table. Great bar tender friendly my bar tender was a Hispanic guy very honest that’s very important for me that don’t over charge or add u drinks. People are very friendly, I liked the food ,I just had snacks and drinks but even snacks were good . I really enjoyed my night make new friends.

Mostly older crowd, very locals only vibes here. Mix up with our servers on who would wait on our table. Even when we did land with a single waiter they were not super friendly or courteous and mostly absent.
