My experience at yogurtland was AMAZING!!!! It was a warm day when I thought to myself, "I could use some yogurt right about now." So I did what I had to do. I went to yogurtland. I was pleasantly greeted by a nice young man named Shan't. He screamed "Hi, Welcome!" This put a smile on my face. I loved my hairless yogurt very much. I hope to see shan't in the future. Been to this location many times over the years as we have a home close by. Stopped in today after grabbing a quick lunch at Wholefoods with our 1yr old twins. There was a dad with his 2 daughter sitting at a table having just finished their yogurt and a lady with kids paying for her yogurt. I walked up to the counter to look for taster cups but didn't see any; when what finally looked like mild acknowledgment, I asked if I could have a few taster cups. I think she wanted to focus on check the lady out (totally fine); I looked back over at my husband and girls who were interacting with the gentleman and his 2 girls... my husband directs my attention back to the cashier who is holding 1 taster cup and has still not finished with checking out the lady she's been working on.. I again asked if I could have a few taster cups and took the 1 she held. She gives me 1 more. I responded saying there's 4 of us, could we maybe taste 2 flavors each?? That would make 8 cups; mind you these are taster cups, perhaps an inch worth in length if that. We're not wasteful people and we're paying customers LOL. To top it off I ask if there's a limit to the number of taster cups she can hand out and she then grabbed a huge stack and handed it to me (I handed it right back of course) And the lady paying (still) gets upset and says I need to wait my turn. We're trying to feed our kids, get them yogurt and get them down for naps and we did wait... not that I think you should have to wait in line for a taster cup and when you have an appropriate moment you should really greet those walking into your establishment and perhaps offer a taster cup (few) when a customer is clearly looking for them. An unpleasant experience and we won't return to this location. Didn't even feel comfortable eating so went out into the hot sun and rushed. PS we love Active Culture in Laguna Beach!! And will stick with frequenting this business, also much closer for us.

This Yogurtland often has more fruit selections than other ones! But they don't have whipped cream.

Location is easy access in a nice shopping center. The place is always clean and maintained. They have a large area of toppings that are pleasant to eat. Not like many other places with old dried out toppings. Many flavors with a regular thrown in one. Salted caramel is always good. Also have almonds and other toppings. I have been to this location many times and will return again. Probably tomorrow. Lol
I found a hair at the end of my yogurt. I dont know what else to say. I am disgusted.

I went to the store on Friday10/7 around 1:30 and bought 5 gift cards for my son and 4 of his friends. I saw the guy who worked there on that day grabbed 6 gift cards, i made sure he understood me that i only need 5 and he said he understood, but he switched one of the cards once he loaded the funds. I went back to the store on Tuesday to use my son's gift card and it was empty. I told the cashier that i haven't used it yet but he said he couldn't do anything about it. Very disappointed.

If you want something sweet and not as sugary as ice cream, go here! I've lived near this area of about 5 years and whenever I get asked where to go for desert, I choose yogurt land. The flavors are amazing, and they always add new flavors for us to try! The toppings are so good and the marshmallow drizzle to. The workers there are always so kind. Whenever we walk in the green us, and when we we walk out they say bye! There hasn't been one time I haven't walked in without a hello. Great customer service and cheap prices. Me and my family love going there!
