I have lived within walking distance of this Firehouse Subs store, and I have never tried it. Today, I wanted to try someplace new and decided to try a SUB from Firehouse. I walked in at 10:40 and observed 2 customers and 2 employees in the store. The 2 employees, I assume were working on earlier orders. I was never greeted by anyone, nor told to wait until the other orders were completed. 15 minutes passed and I was never acknowledged by either employee. This is not the way to run a business in today's competitive market. I know that the employees knew that I was there because I saw them look directly at me. Needless to say, this store lost a chance to add to the current customer's list. I will not return to this store again. Not the kind of service you should provide any customer

Walked into this restaurant and had to do a double take. It smelled like there was a homeless gathering. Not sure what was causing the foul smell.

I ordered on the app and my sandwiches were ready early. The staff was friendly and the location was clean. By using the app I got a great price. They have a Coke Freestyle machine for soft drinks. It's located next to Starbucks on the corner of Paseo de Valencia and El Toro road. The location is a hard to see from the parking lot because you have to walk around to the street-facing side of the shopping center. There are 15-minute parking spaces available which makes it pretty easy to find parking even though it's a fairly crowded parking lot.

I got the jamaican jerk turkey from uber eats and was very disappointed in the lack of flavor. While I respect the work put in from the staff, I still could not understand why it was called that. It did not resemble any jerk seasoning, unless they missed putting it on or the jerk spiced mayo. First time trying it and not sure if I would again.

Food was good but let's be real it's a sandwich. The service got 2 stars because tried using the firehouse app and long story short didn't work correctly after many tries after getting upset with the whole mess decided to drive over and let someone know . Gets the stars because the guy behind the counter was very understanding and did everything he could to make it up to me .

Went to Firehouse Subs for the first time and ordered the Hook & Ladder and the Loaded Potato Soup, both were absolutely amazing. I will definitely be coming back soon as everything was hard to choose.

Chris was awesome and helped me make the best selection. The sub was ok but not the best but the service was outstanding. There was an issue with an irate customer that was under the influence and cops had to come but again, Christian maintained professionalism.

There's been a few times that I've been told that it'll be 10 or 15 minutes before they can even take my order! Huh?
I can appreciate when they are very busy with a lot of people on site, but when you are just working on phone or online orders, a 30 second pause to take an order isn't out of the question. Especially when the employee that is supposed to be the supervisor is moving like a sloth.
Just poor service. With all of the competition close by it's unacceptable.
