First time at a Firehouse Not what I was expecting...thought it would be like a Subway or a Jimmy Johns and I could eat 1/2 and take the other half to work for lunch the next day but being heated up and all it was kind of wet and coming apart so I just finished it off. Not a bad sandwich. This restaurant had a very clean restroom.

My husband and I are big fans of Firehouse Subs and visit many locations regularly, but today’s experience at this location was extremely disappointing. My husband stopped in during his 30-minute lunch break. When he walked in, there was no greeting at all. He waited for several seconds with no acknowledgment, even though an employee was standing at the register not helping anyone.

When my husband asked if he could get some assistance, the employee said, “One second, I’m doing something,” without any courtesy. After waiting about five minutes—precious time during a short lunch break—my husband asked again if someone could help him and mentioned that no one had greeted him when he arrived. The employee responded by saying, “I hate it when you people come in to the store.” When my husband asked what he meant, the employee refused to repeat himself and only asked what he wanted to order.

At that point, my husband no longer felt comfortable ordering food from someone speaking and behaving that way, so he left. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager and received no answer.

We hope management addresses this situation seriously. No customer should be spoken to that way, and no employee representing Firehouse Subs should behave like that. We will be visiting the store in person to follow up and ensure this issue is handled properly.

The food was average and pricey, they were out of napkins, they had no fries, even though their website says they do and the service was poor, with a young kid working behind the counter. We won’t be going back.

I have lived within walking distance of this Firehouse Subs store, and I have never tried it. Today, I wanted to try someplace new and decided to try a SUB from Firehouse. I walked in at 10:40 and observed 2 customers and 2 employees in the store. The 2 employees, I assume were working on earlier orders. I was never greeted by anyone, nor told to wait until the other orders were completed. 15 minutes passed and I was never acknowledged by either employee. This is not the way to run a business in today's competitive market. I know that the employees knew that I was there because I saw them look directly at me. Needless to say, this store lost a chance to add to the current customer's list. I will not return to this store again. Not the kind of service you should provide any customer

Walked into this restaurant and had to do a double take. It smelled like there was a homeless gathering. Not sure what was causing the foul smell.

I ordered on the app and my sandwiches were ready early. The staff was friendly and the location was clean. By using the app I got a great price. They have a Coke Freestyle machine for soft drinks. It's located next to Starbucks on the corner of Paseo de Valencia and El Toro road. The location is a hard to see from the parking lot because you have to walk around to the street-facing side of the shopping center. There are 15-minute parking spaces available which makes it pretty easy to find parking even though it's a fairly crowded parking lot.

I got the jamaican jerk turkey from uber eats and was very disappointed in the lack of flavor. While I respect the work put in from the staff, I still could not understand why it was called that. It did not resemble any jerk seasoning, unless they missed putting it on or the jerk spiced mayo. First time trying it and not sure if I would again.

Kids meal deals are awesome. Staff is always courteous here and the food is consistently really good.
