I love this place very much because the sandwiches here are delicious, the service was amazing, the ambiance was really neat, and I also loved the art on the walls too!

Unfortunately this location is pretty dirty. The 1 employee was sitting and watching something on his phone when i walked in instead of cleaning up the restaurant. As a franchise owner of another food restaurant, this location has definitely dropped in terms of maintenance. 4 stars for decent service.

Always a fan of firehouse and this one is extremely well laid out and nice. Friendly staff and delicious foodVegetarian options: Very small if any vegetarian selection. My daughter gets a veggie meal but that's just tomato's and lettuce on a roll. Mostly carbs

Order clearly says: No tomato, No onion, No ham… as you can see the sandwich has all 3 on it.The employee making it looked high out of his mind. Couldn’t keep his eyes open or his mouth closed. Looked like he was on heroin.I tried to tell the manager Christian, who also sounded high, and he said, “Saying someone is high is discrimination.” What???I feel bad for small business owners, losing their businesses due to lazy, incompetent, drug using employees.Somehow places like In N Out seem to hire quality, professional, hard working staff for a very similar environment. This place won’t stay open long like this. Not to mention a sandwich is $16!That’s insane.

I walked in 30 mins before closing and was told that any sandwich I get would be cold, even if it's supposed to be a hot sandwich. I was very discouraged from ordering a sandwich by the employees there. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. This would have been my first time trying Firehouse subs but instead I ended up going to Ikes love and sandwiches. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth despite the fact that I didn't get any food. I don't foresee myself giving Firehouse subs another try after this experience.

Very poor service, counter person not helpful and actually rude. The workers making the sandwiches seem overwhelmed and not happy.Jersey Mikes is much better in all categories.I walked out without food was so upset, never to see my rear in that store again.

A charming thematic spot where you can enjoy sandwiches and admire the decor elements inspired by a fire station. Excellent service, and they prepare the food quickly.

my birthday was last Sunday. you have a week to redeem your free birthday sandwich. I came in today, 9/16 showing the email with the date and it's not showing in my app. they wouldn't honor it even though it's completely true showing the email proof. very poor customer service and relations. I will no longer support them. this is the problem with depending on these stupid apps.

Definitely go here if you like being treated poorly & talked over after they make your sandwich in error. Be sure to expect that even if you're very basic & clear & they make a mistake, they'll argue semantics with you, & not only insist you are wrong but not not honor a refund or sandwich replacement. I ordered a sandwich simply with 3 items "only" & cheese was not one of these items due to my diary allergy. I drove away with family in tow to find out after taking a bite that melted cheese was all buried in my meal. When I called i was greeted by Julian who literally argued that all their sandwiches come with cheese & you have to say "no cheese" to have your food allergies honored. I experienced a lack of listening, entitlement & rude manners as he refused to hear me & repeated himself ad nauseam. I went back in the next day to get a replacement meal & I was refused. He wouldn't even let me have my receipt back. It's hard to believe this company would give manager keys to a person with the conflict resolution skills of a toddler & such a lack of respect or empathy for food allergies. This young man is need of retraining & a lesson in manners would be helpful too. If you read on in this thread you'll see many negative reviews about this location & Julian, I don't think it's a coincidence. I imagine a corporation of this size does not care about disgruntled individuals (as there's many customers in queue anyway) yet how we spend our dollars as a consumer is one of the few powers we possess. I will certainly never spend a dime here ever again & would discourage anyone I know from supporting any type corporation as such.
