Today I ordered two regular subs to go (Philly Cheese Steak and the Chicken Bacon Ranch). It took over 30-minutes to get the subs. The cashier rang me up before I could enter my phone number (rewards points). The cashier stated I would need to wait to have my telephone number entered for reward points on my next visit. Another dissatisfied customer asked to speak with the Manager and another employee responded “We don’t have one today”.I spent over $25 for two small (regular size) subs. When I got back to my hotel room, neither subs were cut in half and were very messy to eat. Also, I never received a sales receipt, which I assumed the cashier placed inside the bag. Had I received one I would have called their Corporate Office to file a formal complaint. Extremely poor customer service and we will never go back.

Went to this location around lunch time Friday, December 22nd, 2023 and the customer service was not very good; Was in line waiting to pick up sandwich's and no one asked me what the name was under or nothing and I was waiting and my order ended up being ready earlier and I did not know until I looked up at the counter; I understand you are busy, but you can at least ask customers what their order is under for the name and tell them if its ready or not. First time I been here too, bad experience only came here to pick up lunch for coworkers.

this is a bizarre jersey mikes location, at least to me. The food is always solid and the people working are mellow, but the way it's run is confusing. They write down the order after taking it, only to make the sandwich like 10 seconds later. Usually takes much longer than other jmikes to get the food, everyone working there seems to be on a different system. They have a whole second area to make online orders but every time I've been they just use the normal side which backs everything up. They always forget any sides for online orders so whenever I get pickup I just do straight sandwiches. It's not the employees fault they just need a better manager/owner clearly.

Had the Italian sub. It was great. Had it delivered. Not really a foot-long, but enough to eat for lunch.
I want to thank the great employees who work at this location for preparing my sandwiches so perfectly! The bread, meats and ingredients are so fresh! Most importantly, they don't skimp on the meat! Also, the employees are always friendly and courteous. The ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant also contributed to my great experience.

We arrived close to 10:30; a little late for breakfast and a little early for lunch, but a perfect time to have no wait at all! The restaurant was very clean, the staff was personable, and we had our sandwiches custom-made in record time.My friend and I are both currently dieting and were able to find sandwich choices that fit our caloric needs. I always like a good protein, so I tend to gravitate toward roast beef or turkey as a choice. The meats at Jersey Mike's are freshly cut and plentiful and there are many healthy veggie choices to add.Parking was easy, and the restaurant was easy to navigate for my friend who has very low vision.

Just ordered a #10 Sub in a Tub, there was about a mouthful of Tuna and a ton of ice berg lettuce. I asked for a Regular, I can't imagine what a mini would be...a flake of tuna. A friend brought it to me so I couldn't take it back. . Absolutely will avoid that location, complete ripoff for $12
