I stopped eating meat But I cheated!! The food is delicious! I had the a blue cheese wedge salad with pieces of medium rare steak. Yummy!! I am watching calories. I eat here and lost ( 28 lbs) Girls just tell the cook you are watching calories and express your likes and OMG!!!!! Service is Awesome! Ambiance is like a family setting.

Laguna cafe is a throwback to local diners from decades ago where everyone knows everyone and even if they don't know you they treat you like a friend. The portions are the right size and the food is good. I enjoy their breakfast.

Friendly service. Clearly a locals spot for the crew in Laguna Woods. This is a nice local cafe with good traditional meals. Apparently Wednesday is meatloaf day - but I was vibing breakfast Sausage and cheese omelet. Good. Cooked well. Not oily. And they have Cholula - a must for a good breakfast. Biscuits and Gravy. Fantastic flavor on the gravy. When you think of great biscuits and gravy - it's these. Fruit was fresh. Indoor and outdoor seating. My parents had a smile on their face the whole time. What else do you want other than a place where you feel welcome and get good nourishment? Kudos.

We were visiting from Canada and in town for a tournament, looking for a breakfast spot. This place had good reviews so we stopped in for breakfast. We had the warmest welcome from the nicest lady working there. The service was outstanding, the food was fantastic , and the place was super neat inside . Loved all the different mugs they use and the photos and interesting things everywhere covering the walls . This was the best restaurant we have been to and the people that work there are so positive and friendly , you have to see for yourself :)
This cafe is awesome, the staff makes you feel like family. Great place for veterans. Every 3rd Sunday they have a band playing right out front. Food is really good. You have to check this place out.

I feel bad for everyone that likes this place food is horrible and it smells bad inside and the people that work there think there actually doing a good service fries are bad looking pretty pale no salt small portion of fries and told my friend to throw away the burrito never ate it I soon as I saw it belongs to the trash avoiding this place for sure was never my plan to come here anyway my friend made decision

Wonderful experience, Tammy and Monja are very welcoming and fun!!! Try the bloodies with breakfast and the bennedict, crepes and pancakes are fabulous. We will come back to this comfortable grandmas kitchen ambiance any time in the area and recommend you visit too!

This little gem is perfect for a quiet yummy breakfast, my Mexican dish was prepared to perfection and always with a surprise, this time a portion of very tasty pulled pork, service is just what you would expect, friendly, prompt and helpful.
