Their barbecue chicken pizza here was serviceable but nothing to write home about. It was nice and warm out of the oven, and had a good distribution of ingredients.

This place serves the best pizza I've ever tasted, hands down. The flavors, the crust, the toppings - everything is just perfect. I find myself craving their pizza constantly! Not only is the food incredible, but the staff are also top-notch. They are friendly, attentive, and always make you feel welcome.

A pizza is OK. Service is not bad it's comparable to the other pizza places that I have tried so I can't say good or bad I can't give it very high rating. I can't give it a low rating it's just something you're gonna have to try yourself and see if it's to your taste.

My husband and I have now lived in Laguna Woods for two years and we have tried about 5 different pizza places in the locality from Irvine to Aliso Viejo. Being from NY, myself, I can say that Pizzeria Amore on El Toro (near Calle Sonora) in Laguna Woods has "the" right kind of doughy tasting, golden soft pizza crust. (It doesn't have the "super flat cheapie" quality almost "small tire track" look at the bottom of the slices that some places use. Gosh, we cannot stand that type of pizza crust!!) Every pizza that we have had at Pizzeria Amore been consistently delicious. The toppings are terrific. (Mushrooms so fresh and bursting with flavor.) So, after having 1 to 3 star pizzas, we are hanging it up and just going right across the street to Pizzeria Amore. How lucky can we be?? No more shopping around...no need. Keep up the good work, guys!! You will be our "go-to" when craving a very good pizza. The owner, I believe, is such a good-hearted & hard-working man. So kind. We prefer to give business to small business owners -- as opposed to big corporate outfits. Thank you for being there Pizzeria Amore and please don't plan on moving from this location...the Laguna Woods community depends on you being just across the street and loves you!! We sure are grateful for your location!!

This is a great place for a couple of quick and delicious cheese pizza slices. They have small “Specials” with two slices and a coke / drink for about ten dollars. You can eat there or take it to go. Typically lots of different toppings to choose from. Small business with friendly staff. Easy to park too. A good find. Enjoy :)

Always great service and the best pizza in South OC! It seriously is so hard to find reasonably priced DELICIOUS pizza out here but this is the spot!!

Not bad but nothing to wrote home about. Pizza would tear off of the crust like it was perforated and the dough was a bit chewy. But not terrible. I give it a 5.4/10

Not sure why this pizza place got such high reviews. Their pizza is mediocre at best. My pizza was misshapen, not that that matters much but it was an indication of their overall attention. I got a ham and peppers and the toppings were minimal, and it was over cooked on top of that. I don't think I will return.
