I typically don’t have an issue with this Starbucks as the baristas make my coffee how I like it and always greet me very welcoming in the mornings, however, yesterday I had a bad experience. I was finishing the last of my coffee at work and ran into these mystery globs at the bottom. I just about vomited I was so disgusted.

I ordered a brownie. And I was Not asked if I wanted it warmed up.They warmed it up and it was a melted mess!!Runny all over-I had to throw the whole thing away.

Did drive thru had to repeat tea 3 times, didn't get whole order she handed one st a time after she gave me tea she closed the window thought I had it all,
Can’t keep coming to this one. My entire order was wrong this morning. A cup of water = a cup of ice?? I’ve never gotten a cup of JUST ice from Starbucks in my life without the water. They don’t read the labels when making drinks and several times I’ve had regular milk which kills my stomach. I saw them make my drink with regular milk again so I just drove off- took my damn $7 for free just for a cup of ice.
