got completely ignored. stood waiting for ten mins, three employees working paid us no attention, even to tell us they would be right with us. very rude and inconsiderate. go to a different starbucks, don’t waste your money

I asked them to use the restroom before I order and they told me that they do not give serviced unless I order first I didn't like that, for a fact I am giving them No Stars but unfortunately I have to give them one star. they mentioned that Starbucks change their policy. I think they refused to give me service because I look Hispanic and I think that's the reason why they decided not to give me the code for the restroom

Kelly is super nice and such an amazing worker. She explained that their blender was broken so they weren’t able to make my frap and ended up replacing it for free! She was super accommodating and polite!!!

I usually buy from this location in the drive through and today when I came in to order In person seemed like I was interrupting the workers I asked a recommendation because I’m tired of the same drink and she couldn’t even say any but like vainilla , like girl I know but she was in a rush apparently to keep gossiping or whatever. After that I used the restroom my drink wasn’t ready so I was waiting on my phone instead of calling my name they kept playing and she said are you going to order anything else I said no she said well there is your drink. Super bad service and like I said there were playing not even busy. I work in a restaurant and costumer service I know this was not right at all.

I typically don’t have an issue with this Starbucks as the baristas make my coffee how I like it and always greet me very welcoming in the mornings, however, yesterday I had a bad experience. I was finishing the last of my coffee at work and ran into these mystery globs at the bottom. I just about vomited I was so disgusted.
