Can’t keep coming to this one. My entire order was wrong this morning. A cup of water = a cup of ice?? I’ve never gotten a cup of JUST ice from Starbucks in my life without the water. They don’t read the labels when making drinks and several times I’ve had regular milk which kills my stomach. I saw them make my drink with regular milk again so I just drove off- took my damn $7 for free just for a cup of ice.

Best Starbucks in this area! Have gone here over 20 times now and every worker I've met has been super calm, nice, and friendly. They are never out of anything and the line in the drive thru is never really long.
This was more like just ICE with some matcha sprinkles. Disappointed. Because it's a drive thru, we just drive away and realize it's too late while entering the freeway. Lame.

Walk up and drive thru only. Confusing parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Parking lot is congested and busy. I was there for 15mins and witnessed 2 near accidents. One was a motorcycle and both drivers had choice words for each other.

drive-thru service is not good they're extremely rude they rush you and they didn't have sleeves for their hot drink and I burned my hand when I'm pregnant. I wish they would have warned me that it was going to be hot. it was literally too hot to handle and they shouldn't be serving things like that. didn't even offer a napkin or anything to compensate for not having any sleeves.
