Came to get a drink @645pm.
The door was closed and a man inside the store didn't come to the door but I read his lips and Said we're Closed:(

My favorite location!

A fairly typical big chain location. Food and service have been at or above standard over several visits. Small inside seating area with outside tables available weather permitting...which is to say most of the time in Laguna Woods.

Service with an attitude for free from the gal working here today. Don't expect pleasantries or customer service. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I came to redeem my birthday Starbucks drink. My mom asked to use the restroom as I was looking at the merchandise. The barista who was making drinks denied my mom entry to the restroom. Told her to purchase a drink first, as my mom was pointing towards me saying I was going to order. The lady said “well until she does you can not use the restroom.” I stopped looking at the merchandise just to be rushed to order I did not get to even look at the merchandise to redeem points. After I placed my order she was raising her voice giving my mom attitude. Beyond rude never would recommend coming. Not a way I was expecting my experience to be coming in on my birthday!

So stupid not being able to pay for a refill, many people don’t like to have coffee in the ceramic cup because it gets cold immediately with no cap and its big opening . 👎
I prefer to have my hot coffee in a double paper cup and pay for a refill as before rader than a free refill in a cold ceramic cup Specially when sitting outside.
This is an stupid plan of Starbucks 👎👎👎

Thoroughly enjoy Starbucks, when I get it coffee in am mango dragonflies lemonade in afternoon. I usually, only get one thing a week. There is a Starbucks near my parents home that I always visit.

Laurie Nick and Kaylee !! Wonderful people doing excellent customer service! Had an issue with another locations remade drink and they were happy to replace it.. the other location just couldn't seem to make it per the starbucks recipe (super wasteful on time & ingredients)..but this location did it right the first time..well I was back again because that same location couldnt keep up with their mobile orders causing it to be an overall, 25 minute wait...which would have made us late so we had to leave.. :( thinking we should just make this one our location.. Nick is a great manager ... with Kaylee knowing her recipe...all are very personable and seemingly a wonderful team!
