This place is a landmark. Fast and firendly service. The food need not to be mentioned as the place is packed arround the clock!

We were so hungry and decided to check out this place. I love Belgian waffles. I ordered a 7 grain belgian waffle. I enjoyed the food, but there were so many flies. I later found out that this was a problem in Big Bear and the Lake Arrowhead area this season. We sat inside so the issue was not too serious. The employees were great. The employees are the reason I gave the business a four rating. The view of Lake Arrowhead is the second reason. The place is worth trying, just try it in the fall or winter.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did see the doorways were big enough to accommodate a wheelchair, but for sure the outside sitting would be good.

Cute restaurant, right next to the lake, with delicious food. The place is always packed but even mid morning on a Sunday the wait time quoted for 7 was only 20 minutes and I think we waited less than 10 once they did call our name. Food was delicious and came out quick. The servers are used to the rush and while you can tell they are rushing they are all kind and attentive. And for being a lake front restaurant, they are still very affordable. All of our meals were under $15. This place is amazing. If I'm in the area, I will come back.

Each patio table had a spinner with strips on it and we didn't know what they were. All during the meal I wondered why there were so many flies that I had to keep swatting away from the food. Finally when done eating, we realized the spinner was a fly swatter! Unfortunately our table was not graced with one.

The waffle was the freshest I've ever tasted! The hollandaise sauce was flavorless and the texture was off detracting from the other food flavors. It was actually gross.

Vegetarian options: Belgian Benedict has a vegetarian option to add avocado instead of bacon, sausage or ham. They give you a generous amount of avocado, about half of a whole one.

The Belgian Waffle Works is a gem! Their waffles are absolutely delicious, with generous portions that leave you satisfied. The food is consistently excellent, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Whether you're a local or visiting, this spot is a must-try for a delightful breakfast experience.

Waffles were good. Nothing special just good. Disappointed on my last visit. During Breakfast 8am couldn't order waffles fries on the side till 10.30. ok we ate our waffles walked around came back at 10.30 asked for waffle fries to go. "They don't do to go orders on weekends" was the reply by the teen at the counter. I asked ok then I'll put my name on the list and get seated and ask for them to go. (Seemed liked more work for them) but teen said ok I guess. I only go because my son likes that place. Me, ehh it's ok .

The waffles here are mind blowingly good. They had a soft, yet crispy taste and the powdered sugar on it made it even better. I will always come back here when i go to the mountains.

The waffles were wonderful! The worst thing about this place is deciding on just one meal!

The service was really fast and the serving portions were substantial. We were lucky to get the lake view seats. Our server was very thoughtful and helped us with their menu.
