For what we paid it was very underwhelming. All the sides were cold and loaded with sugar. $500 for 4 people! There was no dress code so there were dinners with lights and sneakers. It was loud not quaint or cozy. Such a diss disappointing meal.

The blonde hostess with long hair at 12 noon was rude, curt, and unwelcoming to us and to other parties. She seemed to go out of her way to be unpleasant.( I felt especially sad for a foreign couple who were excited to celebrate an American thanksgiving.) No greeting, no welcoming, etc. We had no salad forks at our table. We had to take them from another table ourselves. Some tables got bread , little croissants and butter. We never got ours. The Turkey and prime rib were both good. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good. The brussel sprouts were very hard and underdone, as were the sweet potatoes. The apple pie was so bad, it was discount grocery store pie, not fresh, and not the apple dumplings with cardamom creme advertised that we paid for. Super disappointing. Great view. Beautiful holiday decorations throughout the resort. Restaurant Staff were not ready at 12 noon, did not seem prepared. We weren't seated at noon. Our waiter didn't greet us or acknowledge us for 15 minutes. It just did not merit the cost.

Our server, Aurora, was very sweet and responsive. However, it took a very long time to receive our dinner (and our drinks from the bar) despite the early hour and few diners present. Hopefully this issue can be addressed by hiring more staff, if this is the reason for the wait time we experienced. Heat lamps on the patio would have been nice, opening up the possibility of outdoor dining. Especially with the adjacent lakeside location!

OMG, this was good! I bring guests here for the atmosphere and the view from the open patio! Inside the restaurant it is also relaxxing and tranquil during the day. Thank you so much for revamping my favorite mango pineple salad on the menue. At some point it disappeared, but I am so happy it is back! I asked the chef if they had nuts without sweet glazing, and they did! That salad absolutely makes my day! My guests enjoyed it too. The young lady waitress was super friendly, pleasant and courteous, and she offered us great options from the menu. Thank you!

I’ve been to this restaurant before and it was very nice. However, today was a different experience. We were sat outside with a beautiful view. We were starving and couldn’t wait for some good food. It took 20 minutes to get a server to take our order, another half hour to get our app, and another 45 minutes to get our entrees. As soon as they set our food down we gave them our credit card to pay the bill because we seriously didn’t know when we would see anyone again, and by this point we just wanted out of there. I had no idea who our server was. There seemed to be about 6 different people walking around and it was someone different with every visit to our table. We were so looking forward to the calamari and it was a few overcooked, rubbery calamari’s on an enormous bed of steak fries. I love steak fries, but would never order them because I’m trying to watch carbs and we were so ravenous that we at them all. When we finally got the food, it was pretty subpar. Overall, it was beautiful, the people were very nice, but the service was pretty terrible and very expensive. Don’t think we’ll be back.

Bin 189 was such a great experience. The atmosphere and décor are amazing — super cozy but still elevated, the kind of place you actually want to hang out in. Our server, Cayro, was awesome. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and went out of his way to make me a raspberry iced tea even though it’s not on the menu. That kind of effort really makes a difference. Overall, everything felt welcoming and top notch. Highly recommend checking this spot out — I’ll definitely be back.

Everyone from the restaurant staff was superb. From the manager, to the host, to the server, and as well as the gentlemen who assisted us opening a champagne bottle. The staff made the special occasion really special and for that I truly thank them. Everyone here is great, thank you for creating a great memory for my girlfriend and I.

We went for dinner with a special BIN 189 Thursday night BOGO 1/2 price entree that was posted online. The restaurant manager argued / refused to accept the special deal, insinuating we fabricated the story. We left the restaurant and enjoyed a ambiance / qualty dinner at Diane's Steakhouse in Lake Arrowhead never to return BIN 189.
Not all the menu items that are online were available, unfortunately, the one thing I really wanted was not on the menu that evening, so make sure if you go to check with them beforehand. Otherwise very good quality food, the staff are very friendly. The bread was a very nice surprise, and the taste was incredible. I recommend.

Wait staff very personable and attentive. The warm bread and butter was the highlight along with the espresso martinis. Food is priced rather high compared to other restaurants in the area, but tasty enough. Drink service was rather slow for a pretty quiet night. The decor is really nice and gives off a very nice lakeside feel

We were sat 20 minutes early which was great but the service and food was below average at best. It took 40 minutes to get burgers and a salad, and I had to send my burger back because it was cool room temperature. The other burgers served to my friends were warm but not hot and missing the aioli and crispy onions. When my burger arrived it was warmer but not cooked to my preference. I asked specifically for medium rare and it came well. The server never came to check in while we waited so long and then told us that the chefs forgot the aioli and onions which is normal. A $28 burger should be hot and cooked to my preference. Our server Katie was often unseen for long periods of time.
