Jersey Mike's Subs

Today was the last time I eat JM's. I've noticed the decline over the course of the last couple of years. They will be at par with Subway eventually. This location is just another franchise adding to their problem.

Even large tipping here doesn't encourage the employees to make an order correct or at least pretend they want to be there.

There is a disconnect between the owners, management, and employees.

My first time at Jersey Mike’s and ordered the original Italian- the most scrumptious sandwich ever! Thank you!

This place is GREAT, a sandwich takes 30 minutes to make.

Super awesome location the food is amazing and WOW ziggy was on another lever of customer service such an awesome guy.. gave recommendations, and handle all of orders like a pro. He needs to get a raise. Will definitely come back

My only problem is that they allow dogs in there, and it's a super small place. Unfortunately, dog owners don't keep their dogs from jumping on other people, it's unsanitary, and some people are allergic. But my sub was good and the folks behind the counter were nice.

I've been to a few Jersey Mike's. This was one was sad. That's the only way to describe the one in Lake Arrowhead Village, just sad. The were out of or discontinued many of the things that my family and I liked about Jersey Mike's.

Showed up to get a sandwich and apparently they were out of red all they could make were minis apparently was excited for Jersey Mike’s but typical mountain behavior people who just don’t wanna do their jobs

Don't trust the hours that are showing here. I pulled up at exactly 8pm on a Saturday night and the lights inside were on but they had already turned off the neon OPEN sign. I pulled out my phone to check their hours because I know they stay open til 9pm. Sure enough, it says 9pm on Saturdays here but they closed up an hour early.

Apparently at this location they only have 1 employee working at a time doing everything .the guy working was cool but to be answering phone trying g to make sandwiches, clean both back and front and bathrooms were severely lacking. Seems unsafe for them to have only 1 person in there by themselves..Sandwich was great though

Food quality is good, but the service is often very slow (often just one person working), and they sometimes run out of ingredients. It's a relatively new store, so perhaps things will improve.
