My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening! Wonderful ambiance, food, and excellent attentive and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience, primarily with the service. Went to celebrate my birthday and our server was largely absent throughout the whole meal and was obviously distracted by a personal matter. We were not offered dessert let alone provided a birthday acknowledgment. The food was extremely rich and overpriced for the casual atmosphere and appearance of staff.

One of the best if not the best restaurant in Lake Arrowhead. Great food & drinks, excellent service at the top of the mountain.

Wonderful restaurant! Great ambiance and every server and bartender was so helpful and friendly. The food was amazing! Loved everything we ordered. A great find

Onion soup & wedge salad with Gorgonzola were both excellent. My wife & I shared the duck, which was tender and included an excellent sauce, pilaf with wild rice, super carrots and nicely done green beans. Plus an excellent bottle of Sonoma Cabernet. Service was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.

Our food and drinks were perfect. Serving sizes were generous and the quality of our different meal selections was outstanding! The restaurant atmosphere is very cozy and blends great in the mountains. We highly recommend Saddleback Grill!

No prices were listed on restaurant website. Menu on the website was not well-formatted. Pictures on the website didn't do a good job of making the food looking appealing. Food was okay; nothing bad, but nothing great. Presentation was ho-hum. Waitstaff were polite, but our server was perfunctory and inattentive. Was this dining out? Yes Was this fine dining? Unfortunately, no.

We went to Saddleback Grill on Sept 22 during our Lake Arrowhead vacation and absolutely loved everything about this place!

The food was fantastic and the service was efficient, friendly, and welcoming. Our waitress, Yasmine, was wonderful. She recommended mocktails for our kids, was attentive throughout the evening, and made us feel at home.

We started with the calamari appetizer, which was fresh and delicious. For mains, I had the duck (amazing!) and my husband had the filet mignon, perfectly cooked. Our kid ordered the chicken fingers, which came in a generous portion. We finished with the bread pudding for dessert which was so good!

Generous portions, great flavors, and excellent service. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Lake Arrowhead!

I had lamb that was properly cooked and side that were delicious. My girlfriend had chicken piccatta which was lacking lemon though they we asked and they provided some more. The room was fairly loud and the musician was also a bit loud. Overall a very good place in that area to eat.

It was our first time in Lake Arrowhead, and our friends recommended this restaurant. It’s a total gem. The food and drink menu was extensive but we ordered some of the more popular including lobster escargot, French onion soup (which was the best we have outside of France), pork schnitzel and calamari steaks! All the portion sizes were huge but the star of the restaurant was the friendly people and service. Andrew and Melissa were both knowledgeable and helpful. We ate on the dog friendly patio with our 2 Cavaliers, and we talked to everyone around us - such a friendly and inviting atmosphere. We need to come back and try the happy hour!

I must say after writing years to get a baby sitter and wanting to splurge this was very upsetting. We saved up, spent $200 on a meal for 2 (sharing a dessert and no appetizers but hey we needed a break!) And we were willing to pay the price, not the main issue. But after a few ppl saying this place had great food we were so sad when we got our pick up order home. Part was wrong and not what we ordered (not the end of the world) but the filet mignon was tough, dry and a sirloin would of been better. My husband's ribeye wasn't bad but they put an inch of au jus (instead of on having a side of au jus on the side as requested- it was a very generous amount though) but it drown his spinach and mashed potatoes so neither of ate even half of the food we ordered. The bread pudding was the driest thing I've ever had. They gave us a less than 1oz side of sauce but even after trying to save it by warming it up with a little steam was not good... also the salad we asked for was completely wrong and had tomato which im allergic to. I LOVE food. I rarely get a chance to get a nice, expensive good meal and it was just such a dissapointment. Maybe its better if u eat in? But is locals with 4 kids thats not really possible. The kids ate the mac n Cheese but they also love Kraft. It wasn't the worst meal ever but not worth the money at all. We wont be back again... I guess its the downside of living in a town that is mainly tourists so they dont worry about repeat customers (thats just my husband and Is opinion- we also know a couple ppl who worked there or had been that like it so take that as u will. Im a steak lover of all kinds but this wasn't it for me, maybe it was a bad night idk. Its too expensive to risk trying again)
