I just left this store and had really unpleasant experience. All 3 ppl behind the counter look unhealthy and barista lady was really rude. They messed up my order and did not want to correct it. This is not customer service worthy of Starbucks. They need to be retrained!

Probably the worst Starbucks I've been to. All 3 people behind counter look unhealthy and are incredibly rude. I asked to speak with manager after they messed up my order and they just said manager is not available. Terrible service.
Located inside a grocery store (Jensen's), this Starbucks location has an amazing crew. The people working there were full of energy and humor. The coffee drinks were made right and fast. We all felt re-energized after a long day at the lake after picking up our caffeine fixes from here and driving back to The OC. Thank you!

Is a great place,we love it.we like the desserts and sandwiches of course the coffe.we only went for a walk to the shore of the lakeAnd we planning to go more often Starbucks is a place to have breakfast and lunch

Not impressed with the only Starbucks in this area. I come up here a few times every year and my "specialty drink" gets shorted. My drink was not filled nor did it have the light amount of whipped cream as requested. Probably my fault for not checking it before i walked out.
