The only tea place at Arrowhead lake Village. I find there is another tea & coffee exchange at big bear lake haha. Their tea is good!

My experience at this place was horrendous Tea Coffee exchange. Both the girls ( at the register and the barista ) none of our orders were taken properly ( still I gave them a tip of 20% ) the barista saw our brown skin and was sighing putting out every cup of coffee ( we were 7 friends ) she was absolutely rude. I needed milk to put in my coffee since it wasn’t out at the coffee bar ( sugar, stirrer milk carafe etc. ) the barista said I need to charge you for that. I have never had such a bad experience at a coffee shop. This barista who wouldn’t give me her name should not be a barista .

Unfortunately, our first experience at this cafe was not an impressive one. The barista taking our order looked like she did not want to be there which made it uncomfortable when ordering. The crepe was thick and tasted like something “out of the box” and they forgot about our panini until we inquired about it.

The baristas were lovely and were completely understanding when my drink ended up too sweet and helped me come up with an alternative.

The croissant was thick and dense see pic. The lemon bite was creamy, sweet with expected tartness and was delicious. Latte delicious. The service was very nice. The espresso was extremely bitter.

Super cute little cafe. Coffee is fantastic and their strawberry cheese croissant is amazing. Tastes like a gourmet Toaster

This coffee shop is a godsend in the middle of the forest ..!!
Located within the Lake Arrowhead Village. There’s plenty of parking in the lot or in the structure - follow signs.
Good coffee. Good tea. Service was excellent. The baristas were all smiles and friendly. They call the order when it’s ready, so they don’t ask for names.
Good seats inside. They have leather sofa chairs in the back. A few outlets are scattered around, and they do work. WiFi is free. The password is by the cashier.
Credit card/apple pay accepted. But there is a processing fee of 2.5%.

I was treated kindly as I ordered a crepe. It was my mistake and I did not ask “are the strawberries accompanying the nutella crepe fresh or jarred?” I really was hoping they were fresh, made more sense to me at the time, turned out to be packaged strawberries in a syrup. For someone like me, that just will not work. I dumped my crepe because it just tasted nasty, I was hoping for something simple, instead it was just unappealing. Next visit I specifically ordered without strawberries as to avoid additional money lost for an unfed me and it was decent. Vibe is nice. Can get busy. I was there at slow times so I cannot comment on the busy season wait time. Also I was served with a smile by the cashier so that part was decent too. Will be back to try beverages and pastries. - ps people, this is NOT starbucks, stop having unreasonable expectations and stop calling employees “clueless” etc… ☺️
+++ 5 ⭐️ because these girls are running this business without anyone’s help, so please stop telling them “it looked different the last time I got”

this was a cute place with good outdoor seating and umbrellas! i got the chai frap with oat milk and it was super flavorful and really good smooth consistency, probably one of my fave chai fraps i’ve gotten in a while. i also got the snickerdoodle cookie which was a nice chewy light snickerdoodle flavor. lastly, i got the strawberries and nutella crepe which wasn’t too bad, but the strawberries were a little off tasting and made me think they were a little too ripe and starting to go bad. ill definitely still come back for the frap and cookie though!!

Wish they had cold brew but their espresso, coffee and tea game was on point. So many different hot teas and a bunch of loose leaf tea in bags to take home with you. ?

Ordered an iced latte, smoothie, and coffee cake. The 2 young ladies working seemed annoyed that they actually had to take and make our order. No smile, no expression or conversation whatsoever.
The iced latte and smoothie were average. The coffee cake was served frozen. No gluten-free options!
The songs on the speakers were literally dropping the "F" bomb for the 2 songs we had to wait for our order.
Not a great impression of this coffee shop. Will not be going back.
