They have a variety of drink options which seem very unique than the other boba/coffee shops. I got the pumpkin Vietnamese coffee and the ube milk, both were so yummy and the pumpkin foam was creamy and the pumpkin wasn’t too strong or artificial

This place is located in a small street with decent size parking. This place can get busy depending on the time you go. I’ve been here quite a few time and like to try new things off the menu as they’ve all been good (so far).
We stopped by after lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We got the UBE foam Vietnamese coffee and the Tiramisu foam coffee and it was very good. You can adjust your sweetness level if you don’t like your drinks too sweet.
They have LOTS of drinks to choose from, very unique to its own which makes this place even better. I like to go to different coffee/ boba shops in hopes to finding new drinks that I’ve never tried before. This for sure takes the cake with their large selections.
The ambiance is nice, i’m very into plants, so Im digging the vibe!
Parking: Depending on the time you go, parking can be somewhat difficult. Parking is shared amongst the other tenants. If its full, id recommend calling in your order, park in the spot across the shop and pick up your drink OR you can always park on the streets (if available).

Watered down drink after i asked for less ice. A measly tablespoon of boba that they charge extra for. They Claim to not use any artificial additives but my ube cake had a weird aftertaste of food dye. it came looking significantly darker than the image they showed online. Never

I was trying to find parking in the parking lot, when a white car jetted in and took the handicapped spot then the driver used a key to let himself in BL Tea. I had to park further away than I wanted and by the time I was parked the man was still inside. I told them this isn't right he denied worked there (he had a key) then claimed he was delivering something then the lady in a lavender shirt (refused to give her name) she then said he was actually her boyfriend).I asked for the managers number and got a number that has no service.He has a key, he might work there or might not, he delivers to the store and is the boyfriend of the woman at the front wearing a lavender top.Either way that isn't appropriate for a cafe to allow their staff or staff significant others to block handicapped parking for the whole small parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: They let the staff block handicapped parking
