My son and his girlfriend ordered the Fat turkey burger with eggs and special sauce, fries and vip. It was my first time visiting California and it was 👍👍👍

Today was the worst I have ever had at this fatburger location, burger was very sloppy and did not look or taste good. Someone added mayo to my order, i didnt ask for. I ask for relish , barely tasted it. Onion rings were cold and old tasting , not fresh at all. Food sucked. I spent $18.00 for some crap. Im not going back, thats for sure. what happened to this place? Food used to be good there.

This review is entirely based on ordering, not the food. Honestly I don't know if 1 star is entirely fair, but it has been frustrating... so I'll leave 2. We made an order late on new years eve (so 1am new years). The website indicated it was open, prominently advertised it's open until 3am status in fact and fully accepted and processed the pickup order.

I traveled there to pick up and it was completely closed.. open til 3 am banners mocking me coldly in the bitter wind.

That would've been fine, my bad for trusting the ordering system, but for two days after I tried to call for a refund because there was no way to do so through their site. Every time, all 5 times, no one answered the phone. Ultimately I just reversed it with my bank, but calling the location is fat burgers info on their site. Disappointing, but love their food.

I love this place the staff is always nice and the food is always good.. I will say the meat can be undercooked every time I go my burger is always undercooked and I have to request a new one but I still continue to return to the store I just have to ask for my meat to be well done

Got the wings and burger combo. Everything was good as far as quality, presentation, and taste. The counter lady was super nice too.
The wings need to be cooked longer. Were a lil chewy. But that can be easily fixed by cookin em longer. Just ask for em extra crispy. But the quality, size and flavor were great.
Burger was deelish. But they put pickles and relish on it. Next time id get no relish cuz it was over powering by the end. But quality and taste were on point.
Overall everything was great except my preferences. I woulda gave them a 5 star, but the food came to about $30. Burger coulda been bigger. Alil expensive but the quality is good.

Tonight this burger might be the Best Fatburger I’ve had in years! No lie, I couldn’t take a pic if I wanted to I was so damn hungry! 😂

Old school FAT burger

The only drawback here is the parking lot. Way too many spaces in such a small space. But food was perfect. Atmosphere great. Staff super friendly.

I hadn't had fat burger in a very long time. Delicious 1/2 lb burgers. The sweet potato fries was perfect. I will be back sooner than the 18 years it took to come since my last visit before tonight.

Veggie burger late at night and great customer service. The gal in there is always so kind and upbeat to everyone. I’ve rolled in there after studying for graduate school a few times and it’s nice to end my night with such a friendly interaction. Thank you so much!
