Seeing a lot of negative reviews. I've never been to another chipoltle, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I have done 2 mobile orders so far. My tray was nice and full, with lots of veggies and a fair amount of protein, too. Folks in the chipoltlane were friendly and fast.
This location is normally very fast and consistent with quality. Recently tried the drive thru lane despite having smaller portions the last time we used it. Tonight was more of the same.Had a steak bowl with maybe 5 pieces of steak and so much rice. Had a double protein chicken burrito with almost all rice and beans. It’s chipotle, so I cannot give it less than a 3 star. The online ordering service leaves a lot to be desired. This location is notably bad when compared to the Corona location and various locations in Orange County. Order accuracy is more often wrong than right. Don’t order drinks online, 50% of the time it will never make it. The team making online orders appear to move too quickly and often fail to add the correct ingredients as requested.
