I have not been to El Apollo Loco for years but decided to tonight. After my experience, I had to pull over after I literally just left to write a review. I don’t know the workers name but the lady who helped me at the drive thru window was the most kind, happy and cheerful worker I’ve ever seen. She was very positive and upbeat, and just had a way about her that made you feel welcome and you can tell it was her genuine energy. I can truly say I have a better vibe about coming...

I love coming here especially in the afternoon they are always so welcoming as I order the worker there I think her name was Melanie was so polite very kind even offered me the chips and guacamole which was so delicious definitely will be going back and the manager was very nice
