Must have eaten there on an off day the service was not the best the food was very bland and my enchilada was hard on one side definitely not the Guadalajara that's in Temecula found out they're not owned by the same person

We've been regular loyal customers for years....know most staff by 1st name. Lately we've been getting terrible poorly prepared food....hard, lukewarm chili rellenos, thin skimpy tacos, uncooked eggs.....not good and too often. Either new mgmnt or cooks......but we're not too happy about it. We come from Menifee and it's just not worth the travel and aggravation.....at least until things are addressed by ownership. Sad ?

So disappointed with food. I ordered a Chile Relleno, chicken taco, and Albongidas soup. Chile was size of a small leaf, chicken in taco was cold and I got 3 meatballs in my bowl of soup. My waitrss just said that's the size. After meal i asked for a manager my waitress said no manager yet. FIRT MISTAKE!! She again took my complaint but just made excuses. Please dont cut portions, one chile and cheese doesnt cost a lot. sorry we will not be back with these changes.

We made a special trip to Lake Elsinore today because we lived here 12 years ago. We were delighted to see that Guadalajara's was still here since it was our favorite restaurant! It did not disappoint. The food was delicious!!!
