I stopped to eat while traveling to El Cajon, CA. The staff was so friendly. I was immediately given warm chips and salsa as a snack while reading the menu. I ordered a skinny margarita, Combo #9 (a tamale with a crispy taco), and Tacos Camaron. Everything was very tasty. Since the platters were large, I couldn't clean my plates! We made a special trip to Lake Elsinore today because we lived here 12 years ago. We were delighted to see that Guadalajara's was still here since it was our favorite restaurant! It did not disappoint. The food was delicious!!!
