All the employees are very good and professional. They are all bearded men with a very bad attitude. Every time I go to see him, he looks very unhappy. I don't know why the boss invited such a person. This bearded man should not appear here.

This place was a slam dunk most of the time but over the last year or so we've had issues more often than not. Not sure if it's new management or ownership but, man. Look at the pictures of the bbq chicken we ordered. Soggy, cheese falls off all in one piece, too many toppings with too much bbq sauce. Bad combo. Taste was ok but the BBQ sauce overwhelming all other flavors. Giving 3 stars and not 1 because of previous experiences. We will order again but not the bbq chicken.

I ordered online...waited to pickup..place is empty and 2 workers eating at table .. nobody even made my 2 pizzas yet..all deer caught in headlights...no wonder the place is empty

I’ve had Ameci’s from their Irvine locations before. Since now I live in RSM, I decided to give the lake forest location a try. I got their rigatoni pesto and a tiramisu for takeout. When I got home and started eating, I opened the box for the tiramisu and lo-and behold, the thing is covered in mold. Completely unacceptable. Who knows if the parts dish was compromised, or if it was actually made fresh.

54 bucks for two pizzas delivered and they were 40 minutes late and the pizza was cold. I do absolutely love their pizza, just extremely disappointed. Took one bite and threw it in the trash

Waited and waited , before they were working on a big order at least I saw 10boxes come out of dinning area .so I asked did just put my order in so the guy asked him on my order then the guy gave me mine , went home and two slices had no crust and the pepperoni and peppers were still raw . $29.05 for a wet mess and doughy so I won’t go there again

Fettuccine, garlic cheese bread and gluten free pizza (btw, we didn't order gluten free pizza!)If a picture is worth a thousand words... here's 2,000 and I'll let those pictures of the pizza speak for themselves. Burned... paper thin...Who sends food out the door that looks like this?I called and spoke with the Mgr, she informed me that, unfortunately, the gluten free pizza has a tenancy to burn. (I wonder what a non gluten free pizza looks/tastes like?)This order was made by my SIL who is living with us and bed ridden as we Hospice her through stage 4 cancer(lung & brain) She wouldn't have been able to post/respond to the condition of her
It's good pizza nothing to special . Not sure but last time I ate here was over 15 years ago and I remember it being a bit better. Garlic Knotts had no garlic at all. The pizza was decent. Probably won't be back for another 15 years.

Amici pizza most delicious pizza in Lake Forest. Great and very friendly delivery guys.We love Ameci Pizza and Pasta! We always get the pasta we choose. We have also had their veggie pizza, which were wonderfully cheesy and the pizza was delicious as well. Everything has great flavor and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Amici pizza You guys deserve five stars. *****
