Aqua Restaurant and Lounge

I like this place because the bartender, Judy, is awesome. She's always happy and smiling. When I go to a bar (where they also serve good food that is freshly prepared, I have noticed) I want servers to be upbeat. She is always upbeat. She handles the whole place on her own a lot, too. We go there a couple of times a month because it's close to the house, it's easy to get to and it is usually the right experience. The food is good. I came here on a whim to go someplace new. Surprised me it was in a Holiday Inn but it was a casual space with very friendly people. Used the checkin offer here on yelp for a free appetizer with any entree. The food was really good and my waitress Angelica was super sweet and attentive. The prices were a little high for my wallet on a regular basis but to go for just one thing would be fine. (Sandwich and fries cost about $16. Drinks start around $11 and go up. This is the hotel restaurant/bar for a Holiday Inn. I've had the breakfast bar here five or six times over the past year or so. The breakfast is hot and complete, not just danishes. Eggs (scrambled or with veggies, which I prefer), breakfast meats, potatoes, and oatmeal are served hot. There are the usual breakfast fruits and danishes, too. I don't know if I'd make a special trip here but definitely will always choose to add breakfast to my room when staying at the hotel.
