Aroma Pizza and Pasta

OK so just got a job in the area and was hoping it was going to be my spot but alas this was not the case. Felt like some lasagna and to its credit it was really good tasting but my review is about the service from behind the counter. menu was kind of cluttered so I asked if they had lasagna and he said yes we do for $13.99 and I was like great I'll have that. So I'm looking at the menu at 12:30 and I see the lasagna for $13.99 but I also see the lunch specials to the left and WOW lasagna was on their with salad and a drink for $11.99. so I figured I'd ask when my food was ready if it was a larger portion cause I was hungry and can understand that. When it was time to ask I say what's the difference between the lunch special which I was in the hours for and the regular to which the guy with braces behind the counter says nothing much. What? no bigger portion? OK well maybe he will offer me the salad and the drink....nope didn't happen. Maybe he would say let me put 2 bucks back on your card. No again. I walked out in disgust. I could have argued but I'm no Karen I just won't patronize this establishment ever again.

Moved to the area a month ago and have ordered food here 3 times already. Just picked up my order and no dip sauce for the wings?
Called the restaurant and the guy on the phone blew me off , put me on hold to “ investigate” the situation and left me on hold. Never came back to apologize or anything. Not cool Aroma pizza. Might have lost a good repeat customer over a lame dipping sauce.

The service was fast and pleasurable. I called in before hand for a pickup and pizza was ready exactly on time. Environment is very friendly and enjoyable. This is definitely my go to place for pizza.

Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options and accounts for all kinds of dietary restrictions including halal meat.

Nice pizza spot with fresh pizza that isn’t over processed or mass produced. The staff is nice.

Went there as they advertised Gluten free. However, they don’t make any special accommodations such as having a dedicated prep area or dedicated oven for gluten free. So even though the pizza is gluten free it’s not safe for those with gluten allergies or Celiac.

Decent prices. Questionable quality. I got the house speciality pasta with chicken. That was good.The garlic bread that came with it was awful though. Tasteless, dry, and burned on the bottom.The mozzarella sticks were good.My two friends ordered meat lovers pizzas. One of them had no Italian sausage. He asked if they could put some on. They did and put way too much. So much it wasn’t even sticking to the cheese and just fell over. Mistake and over correction. The pizzas were also VERY greasy.The TVs in the restaurant were too loud. Especially right over the tables

Pretty good food. But if you get it to go, the stuff spills everywhere because their containers aren’t very good. The shrimp scampi sauce was tasty but I expected real fresh shrimp not baby shrimp that was probably frozen.It’s a good bang for your buck. Haven’t tried the pizza yet but definitely will

I oder calson at 5:45 pm today. I get no cheese or peppers with my order. I called and they said they driver drop off the food at 6:05. I went to my lunch at 6pm. Just now I'm eating my pizza. Whatever you do . Don't get your thing delivered pickup you're self. And this is my dam proof Mr guy on the phone. I'm going to find a new place for food I thought this was a good 1. But my guess was wrong.

The staff is always friendly. I have placed 2 large orders here, once was 5 king kong sized pizzas, second was 12 king kong pizzas, both were a smooth transaction and the pizza was delicious. Recommend for parties or office lunches.

Hooray for local pizzerias.We were in town for a big hockey tournament and made a call placing a big order for our crew.Boy oh boy were we happy.Service was excellent, timing was accurate, prices are fantastic (hint King Kong) and the pizza was fantastic.Way to go Aroma!

Cheese was gooey and it taste like watered imitation cheese. All other ingredients were ok. Not ordering a pizza from here again .

Hands down one of the best pizza shops we have ordered from in a long time. Great food, great service! My favorite is their chicken pesto pizza!
