The food and drinks here are outstanding. I have eaten here a bunch of time. I've tried a lot of things on the menu and everything has been great every single time. The service is amazing and the people that work there are always kind. They are always better than Panera's even before they changed their menu. The ambiance is great and they price out the food very reasonably. This is a hidden gem that is a must if you're in Lake forest.

My favorite local spot! Everyone I bring here is so surprised by how delicious everything tastes! Love the quality of food and how nice the workers are. The portion sizes are also really generous and they have great coffee! Outside seating is pleasant too.

Five stars for the food but two overall because the cashier working at 1pm on 12/23 yelled at the old lady in front of us for asking a question about the bread and that's just uncool. I know your super busy but don't yell at old people right! Good food affordable prices will try them again and hope for better service.
I ordered Hawaiian bagel and chai latte, and both were delicious. The service was excellent and I loved their cozy atmosphere.

For a place that sells bagels, they do not know how to toast bagels. We ordered an everything bagel, toasted, with cream cheese— most basic order. They did not take the time to properly toast the bagel. We couldn’t even go home and toast it ourselves because they already put cream cheese on it. Unsalvageable.Their omelettes are decent. Customer service is good and friendly, but bad bagels are bad bagels.
