Don’t go here!!! Horrible service and especially assistant manager that is poor in managing skills! The cake I ordered was nothing like what I requested that I saw in the case. I wanted that duplicated with a minor change and with the ice cream I wanting. I ended up with a lopsided cake with nothing like the one in the case and the specialty of the other was not even on this cake! The assistant manager was rude and trying to blame on me! She could care less and was heartless! They know how to ruin a day and a birthday weekend for me!!!! Save yourself the agony and go to another location! Other locations are far professional and kinder!

I tried to order twice from this location two sundaes. The first time they sent ice cream with nuts and a cherry. I had selected pineapple topping and bananas and received none. Had Doordash resend the order and I received it will the note pictured! ? They sent the same thing I complained about. They mess up when I go there too so I am not giving them anymore business because it's not a real Baskin-Robin, what a joke.

I got hired and on the first day I was doing training and I sometimes leave in one headphone subconsciously with no music playing without even noticing and the edgy manager had a stink about it. I just didn’t show next shift It’s litteraly just an ice cream shop

My partner and I arrived 15 minutes before closing time and the doors were locked. The employees inside shrugged at us. I've worked in the service industry for years -- closing time is closing time. Cleaning up in advance is one thing, but giving customers the middle finger behind closed doors is another. We wanted ice cream. We didn't get any. Bad location.
