Shoutout to Christina for this amazing Labubu cake (and yes, it’s an ice cream cake!!). She was super attentive and even called the day before to make sure she got the design and colors just right. They seriously need to give her a raise!

I came in to buy a pint to take home. My 2 local supermarkets sell BR pints for around 4 or 5 dollars, but the problem is that they don't stock World Class Chocolate. So, the guy filled up the pint and told me the price was just over 9 dollars...9 DOLLARS for a pint of ice cream. For those of you that aren't great with our system of weights & measures, a pint is 1/4 (one quarter) of a half gallon. A typical 1/2 gal of premium brand ice cream (Dreyers, Breyers, Thrifty, etc.) at the store is 5 or 6 bucks. I realize the cost is higher at a Baskin Robbins store, but at 9 dollars/pint it would amount to 36 dollars for a 1/2 gallon. I understand inflation is high right now, but there is a line between bona fide inflation and flat out highway robbery, and 9 dollars for a pint of ice cream crosses that line to where you cant even see it in the rear view mirror. I almost paid it because I really wanted it, but as I was pulling my wallet out it occurred to me that I'd feel like such a fool that I wouldn't even enjoy eating the ice cream.

Avoid this location.

Been here a few times over the years for promo days. The flavors are nice, for sure. But it’s not my first (or second) choice for ice cream. And definitely will avoid this location.

Had to come here to use a gift card, picked out some nice things. Saw I had .08 cents left on the gift card. I asked the cashier if I could redeem that for cash. I mentioned the “below $10 gift card thing” (in CA you can redeem a gift card for cash values below $10). He wanted to help but couldn’t find any way to get it done and called over the manager to help him. Manager asked and I repeated. Guy was immediately dismissive with me, saying he couldn’t do that and there was no law saying he had to comply.

Guy acted like I was asking for his whole drawer. I knew he was in the wrong but I wasn’t going to care over such meager change, I just left.

I don’t plan on going back, at least this location. I’ve clearly been shown how penny pinching the manager is. If that’s him about .08 i can’t imagine how he is about staff hours, wages, cleaning products, expiring items, the list goes on. Bad image man.

Employees have a sign on the restroom that says employees only. If you are expecting customers to come to your establishment and pay for your services especially food related establishments, you need to allow customers to use the restroom. Having lazy employees who just put random signs up because they don’t want to have to clean and stock the restroom is not a good business practice. We went there to purchase a birthday cake and two ice creams but took our business elsewhere. Employees don’t care but sure the owners don’t want to keep losing out on business.

This store should update their business hours.On google and on the door of their store,it says closes at 10:00p.m..We reached there at 9:44 p.m. and the lady over there said we need 1 hour to clean the store so we close the store at 8:00 p.m.. The tone at which she spoke almost made me feel she was doing a favour by doing her job. Really poor customer service and way to lose business by keeping the store closed during regular business hours. Not sure if the store manager is aware of this but if you are then please update the store hours.Very rude.

one of the lamest scoops ever given by the people working here, she dint even put effort ,she just took the softer melted icecream on the top and just turned it into a scoop. I have seen bigger scoops in a kids birthday parties
