It was our first time. It was clean. The service was great. The cooks would do better if they showed enthusiasm or at least chat with their customers as they cooked their food. Just a small piece of advice. Would I return again ? Yeah. There are not a lot of places that offer this type of experience.

Wheelchair accessibility: All one ground level. If you can’t carry your own plate, you may want to bring someone with you. I did see one of the cooks carry a plate to the table for a gentleman on crutches.

Food is great! Service is slow. Bathrooms are messy and rusted. They don't take Christmas decor down, but that's ok.

First time visited and overall it was a good experience. The option of white rice and fried rice 🍚 is available upon request to the staff. Alongside the sesame seed pocket bread.

Even using a boat load of oils and sauce the meat is still somewhat bland 😞

I got to go and they charged me two servings because I used two Bowles at the buffet line (1-1/2 volume wise) however the amount of food I got was not enough to fill two to go boxes I didn’t get two sides of rice and I never got two sets of silverware or two pieces of bread and I was by my self

I asked them why I was charged extra and they said because I used two bowls

I don’t understand there business strategy here very strange I won’t be going back In less I absolutely have to food was alright

Ok this is where you can relive one of your childhood memories. Does anyone else have core memories of getting Mongolian BBQ at the mall? Ever since malls started going downhill due to covid, I haven't been able to scratch that Mongolian BBQ itch, but I finally found one!!

Tucked away in South Orange County is Big Wok and it's completely all-you-can-eat! Which means you no longer have to stress about building your mountain of meat & veggies as tall as you can (iykyk) 'cus you can just keep going back for unlimited rounds.

Seafood like shrimp and imitation crab are available during dinner, and soup, rice, and these biscuits that were soo flaky are even included, for one set price.

This place is the DEFINITION of a true hidden gem, check it out and let me know what you think!
