Delicious and clean
I’ve been there a few times with my family, but on my last visit they charged full price for my two kids (only 7 and 10). I didn’t think that was reasonable, so we won’t be going back.

The food at Big Wok was okay. Everything on the buffet looked clean and fresh, but honestly, I thought it was way overpriced for what you get. You can only eat so much Mongolian BBQ, and after going up two or three times it all starts to feel repetitive—definitely a “one and done” experience for me. The service didn’t help either, it was pretty bad and made the whole visit less enjoyable.

Lots of great meats, vegetables, and sauces. Very fresh!
Staff is pleasant, helpful and usually has good timing on refills.
Hot plate chefs are diligent, pleasant, helpful and careful.
We have brought multiple friends and family to enjoy with us - highly recommend!
The free speciality sesame bread roll is a yummier version of a pita pocket.

The food was good and what I loved was they have customers use plastic gloves to get their food
Very hygenic
I could not give it 5 stars (i hope owner sees this) because after eating the sesame buns we found out they were made with lard.
This is an issue for vegetarians, vegans and people of various faiths.
One would not think to ask if the bread had lard so I strongly urge them to consider switching from lard to another form of oil so that everyone could enjoy this delicious bread. They are one of the things I look forward to when eating Mongolian bbq
I might have to find a new bbq place for this reason

Good place to go for Mongolian BBQ!
Decent options and a good sauce bar.
The staff is friendly and the pricing is affordable considering the amount of food you can eat.

Wow! What a find! You'll be SO full after leaving Big Wok!! Only $22 for all you can eat at dinner. Beef, pork, lamb, shrimp, and such a wide variety of vegetables. Lastly, pick you sauce, hand it to the cook and watch him cook your food right in front of you. Bring cash so you can tip the cooks! Give the place a try. You won't be sorry!

It was our first time. It was clean. The service was great. The cooks would do better if they showed enthusiasm or at least chat with their customers as they cooked their food. Just a small piece of advice. Would I return again ? Yeah. There are not a lot of places that offer this type of experience.
