Love Big Wok so much ! I just wish they would allow you to take your leftovers home! It's so wasteful and sometimes I just can't eat it all and I only use one bowl for meat and the other for vegetables! I would gladly pay an additional fee to take my leftovers home!

Great family restaurant. Good food, nice selection of meats and veggies. Reasonable pricing especially if you like "all you can eat"

I've been to many mongolian BBQ restaurants. This one has a good family atmosphere, friendly staff, and a good selection of items. Good value for the money. We'll go back.

I've visited this Mongolian bbq several times and unfortunately each time I've visited the price has steadily increased so first off, it's not cheap, but at the same time if you compare to other similar type food restaurants, it is also not expensive. In fact, if you can eat at least two or more plates of food, you might be able to argue that it's reasonable. However, for most of us, one or even two plates at over $20 is a little bit high for what you get. I have also receive mixed quality of service when I've visited. The first time was good, seated immediately and server explained everything. This recent time, I waited to be seated and the server didn't seem to have any urgency to get me seated as she and the other servers passed us several times without even asking anything. It wasn't until I went up to the server and asked if we were supposed to seat ourselves did she tell us to wait and she would get the table ready. Perhaps a training issue? The food looked relatively fresh and if you like meat and even some seafood, there's shrimp and imitation crab, something you don't always see, as well as tofu for vegetarians/vegans. However, the vegetable selection was a little disappointing, typically you see bok choy or Napa or some sort of Asian veggies, but there was only broccoli and cabbage, though there was bean sprouts. The frozen peas and carrots seemed a bit out of place. The line though a bit longer during peak dinner time around 7pm moved quickly and we didn't wait more than 5 minutes to start adding food and sauces. The cooking staff were very efficient and cooked well, sometimes at other Mongolian BBQ you get food that has burnt pieces in it, but they had a good process of regularly scraping off the wok and I appreciated that the staff smiled whenever passed me the finished bowl. The food itself is kind of what you make of it, you are somewhat in control of how bland or salty or delicious your food because you add the sauce mix yourself. So you really can't complain about blandness if you're not putting enough sauce, but I will advise not to follow their recommended sauce menu, it won't be enough for most bowls, you would need at least one or more extra spoonfuls of soy sauce or teriyaki to give food full flavor.

No food like it. This is my favorite place to eat all time. It can be very healthy as well depending on if you get a lot of noodles or not. The service is always spot on and the freshly cooked food is one of a kind. 10/10 recommend.

The selection of meats/seafood, veggies, sauces, were plentiful. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Service was good. It was definitely one of the better Mongolian bbq places I have been to. Give them a try!

I used to love to go here for take out. They used to allowed for 3 bowls take-out, then they changed to 2 bowls, I was like ok fine but I still went there. Then they changed to 1 bowl only take out and I was like NO THANK YOU, it's not worth it at all. I will consider to go back if you change back to 3 bowls take out.

Food is delicious and very fresh. The hot buns are fantastic. The sauce combinations give you different flavor profiles.

Ah! The big Wok! If there is one thing I love its a great Mongolian BBQ. You really cant go wrong. This place lives up to just about all my M BBQ expectations. Its a solid-sized restaurant and even has a smoothie/boba bar as well. They serve the sesame bread. Its a buffet so all you can eat. They have lamb, chicken, tofu, shrimp (for dinner) and fish. Good variety of veggies too. The one thing was the sauce. They had about six or seven varieties of sauces but I feel like there could even be more. My first round I used the suggested serving size for sauce and it was too bland. The next round I added more and it was too salty. Nonetheless, on another visit later that week I got the ratio right. I think price and service are the only two things bringing it down from a 5 star to a 4 star. Service wasn't really there so if need a napkin or a water refill, good luck and the price for dinner was a bit high compared to other M BBQ places. Overall, a great place if you can find a coupon, discount or maybe a lunch special somewhere

Food was pretty good. Employees were friendly. The counter at the grill was filthy, so gross. I didn't want to put my bowl on it. The counters surrounding the grill looked dirty too and paint chipped and rust on the edges of the counter looked very undesirable. The lack of attention to detail makes me wonder about their level of hygiene and food prep critical to any buffet-style resultant where raw food is left out for any period of time. I hope this restaurant improves its presentation and I would be glad to recommend it to friends and family.

Me and my family after a long day came to this place, mind you my daughter and her friend came in before us and she did not want to eat her food but take the food home and they were charging us for take out then she starts to share food with her friend and the lady comes up to her and says that if she sees my daughter shared food again she will charge us for another person, but if you want to be treated horribly then come here
