Halo Halo is small size. Was not expecting small drink. They left my order in the back for over 10 min. never brought it to the front or called my name until I asked about 20 min. after I placed order. The employee in the front was confused because everyone in the back had disappeared and my drinks were just sitting there melting.

What the heck is this black stuff in my drink? I got popping Boba. There shouldn’t be nothing of that color in my drink. Is it ants ,bugs ,mold ,dirt.

The service staff is so nice! If there is a mistake with the order (eg forgot to add extra boba), they immediately fix it. Good location as there are not too many boba places in the vicinity.

Eddie was so attentive during my order. He answered my questions and was so genuine, nice, and friendly. Another really cool thing is that you can do here is choose your sweetness level in case you don't want all the sugars. Great customer service and a delicious treat! Can't wait to come back and try another flavor.

What an amazing spot. I've lived in sf, SD, & next to NYC and been drinking boba forever. This spot serves what foodies would call "craft " boba. Boba had lots of flavor & was perfectly cooked-nice & chewy. Love how it came in it's own nice thick syrup. Quality ingredients. Drinks are beautiful. I love that their menu is thoughtfully created. Top 10 drinks, non dairy & non caffeinated sections. I don't know if their bahn mi snack sandwiches are part of their permanent menu, but man are they sooooo friggin good. The bread is perfection, the meat is Chinese style char siu. Thinly sliced. This is my first time seeing mini bahn mi sandwiches. They were so good that I think they could easily be a trend.
Might have to make this a go to spot when on road trips.
Big thanks to the long haired worker on my visit today, July 11th, whose favorite drink is oreo creme brulee.
The store clerk is very friendly and kind! I want to give a big thumbs up to the tall male clerk with long black hair. The space is simple and clean, and the Pokémon card decorations around it are cute? There are many drink options, I ordered Uji Green Milk Tea with boba (25% sweetness, less ice) For Taiwanese people, it still tastes very sweet. The sweetness seems to come from honey?, so it kind of overwhelms the taste of matcha and green tea. It's a pity, but it's still delicious. I'll try something else next time I come back.

They have consistent, great boba. I always get the brown sugar boba it’s the right amount of sweetness and the boba is always so smooth yet chewy at the same time.
