Love that they have no sugar no ice option. They also very careful for allergy. They staff here are very friendy and serve with care. Totally fine with extra dollar to top it full and they asked me first instead of leaving it half way like some other places!

The service staff is so nice! If there is a mistake with the order (eg forgot to add extra boba), they immediately fix it. Good location as there are not too many boba places in the vicinity.

Kid-friendliness: It is a well traveled location within a plaza. Safe and clean.
