Amazing customer service! Bought a 40" rustler 2 grill from Walmart.com and it was listed as a propane grill. We were building an outdoor kitchen so it sat on a pallet for about 6 weeks before installing. Unfortunately when that time came it was a natural gas grill. I contacted Walmart and asked to remedy with a conversion kit( i gave tgem the solution), they said no. They went on to tell me nothing they could do except a $10 coupon(conversion kits are around $100 minimum) even...read full review
