Grill was delivered damaged. They were quick to replace it, I'll give them that, eventhough i didn't ask for it. The replacement was damaged in delivery also. They told me to donate the original. Unfortunately, I didn't get to use the grill, so decided to return it, because it was so expensive. Amazon approved the return for a huge fee of $90, but Brandman company informed me that if I returned it I would NOT receive a refund because they chose to send me a replacement. After learning this I decided to make use of the grill. After only a few minutes of it being on I heard a loud noise. All of the sudden we were gagging from fumes because it had a propane leak. The griddle side started showing signs of burning to the coating on it, and I hadn't even put anything on it yet. Now, I'm out the $600, and do not even have a working grill. ***I tried to email the address in the response, but the emails were bounced back saying the address was not found***

Amazing customer service! Bought a 40" rustler 2 grill from Walmart.com and it was listed as a propane grill. We were building an outdoor kitchen so it sat on a pallet for about 6 weeks before installing. Unfortunately when that time came it was a natural gas grill. I contacted Walmart and asked to remedy with a conversion kit( i gave tgem the solution), they said no. They went on to tell me nothing they could do except a $10 coupon(conversion kits are around $100 minimum) even though it was their listing that was wrong. So, after that pathetic customer service I decided to contact Brand Man and if nothing else let them know the listing was wrong and they may have other customers like me that got the wrong item and also to see if they could recommend a conversion kit to change the grill to propane. Completely blown away with the response I got. Ken, got back to me right away, was apologetic, and told me they would send me the correct grill and give me a local charity to take the other one to. I still can't believe how well this was handled. Grill arrived a few days later, got installed and roasted a prime rib for Christmas Eve as it's first order of duty and it came out perfect. The grill, the customer service, the recovery from Walmart's terrible start to this can't be appreciated enough. Thank you!

I purchased a brandman grill last summer it looked great for a few months. Than it began to rust and the paint finish began to fade . It looks terrible after only 1 year! I contacted Brandman and was told the bbq is not suitable for seaside living!!! What??? Buyer beware this is NOT a quality item! So dissatisfied! I have a Weber grill on order to replace this garbage!!!

I'm sorry to report that after less than two years of use, the entire bottom of our Brand Man grill completely rusted out and collapsed. When I initially realized it was made in China, I had reservations, but I was assured it was made to specific specifications. I can now personally vouch for the inferior materials used in this grill. I have taken care of the grill and it has lived under a concrete balcony, never having been exposed to rain. We do live in South Florida where there is high humidiy at times during the year, but I have never seen this kind of disintegration before. Our previous grills easily lasted 10 years in the exact same location/environment. I'm pretty bummed, it was a big spend.

I own a Rustler2-4B Gas grill with the cool fold out side shelf. The grill also comes with a griddle plate. We use the griddle a LOT smash burgers are a big hit at our house and we also use it for steaks. The crust you can get is awesome. Highly recommend this grill and Brand-Man Grills

Bought my bold grill about 4 months ago,I had a issue with the igniter, sent me a new one free of charge,turns out was a different part I needed and they sent that to me also free of charge, all within a 10 day period. Don't see that very often in these times.
