The worst. Called in zucchini fries order on the phone 20 minutes before arriving. Arrived and it wasn’t ready despite 1 customer in the store and 1 car in the drive thru and 3 people working in the kitchen and it’s not rush hour. Maybe they wanted to be considerate and not make it until I arrived so it’s not soggy? Why take the order then? Well I paid and waited another 15 minutes while they served 4 cars in the drive thru that came by. All of the cars came by one at a time. There wasn’t a line. When I asked how much longer, she put up her had to shush me and walked away. No verbal response. Couple minutes later, finally gave me the fries by dropping the bag on the counter and walked away with a “here”. I had a lot of time while waiting to watch the kitchen staff, who didn’t use gloves to assemble others’ burgers which might be fine if not for one guy who kept touching his face.

We used to come here when we worked at FELT. I haven't been in at least 10 years. Was thrilled to see it's still here and even moreso to find it's just as good as I remember and still a decent deal! Burger and fries is hard to beat!

I went to Burger Town today 4/2/20 at approx. 11:15 AM to buy lunch. As I pulled into the driveway by the back door, a Mexican guy in a red shirt came out from would be the kitchen area. He did not see me at first. He put his bare hands to his nose and blew his nose into his hands then proceeded to wipe them on the wall next to the door. I slowed down in disbelief of what I just saw. He looked at me with this what are you looking at look on his face, then grabbed the door handle and went back into the kitchen. I called the manager and told her the story. She apologized and said she had been telling them about this before (what?) then said she would talk with them. I feel bad to even share this, but at anytime, anywhere this would be disgusting. During the Corona Virus, it is unforgivable!!! As much as I like their food, I will never ever eat there again and I am sick to my stomach to think of the things I have eaten on my food!

This host of this place has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE quality and treat everyone as if she’s doing us a favor, DOWN RIGHT RUDE! No matter if you’re in the drive thru or even worse if you go inside. I honestly don’t know how this place survives. Food is okay. From inside it looks like you’ve entered 1970s dingy diner and wouldn’t want o eat there, so prefer drive thru to avoid extra contact with her and a bf feeling.

The food is undeniably good. The shakes are irresistible. Service is okay. Don’t use the drive-thru. It’s somehow easier and faster to order inside. Prices are odd. Some are well-priced, some things are overly expensive for no reason. Still worth it!

I have been getting food her since I was a little boy, and there is nothing in lake forest that compares to it for me. I find my self craving their burgers whenever I’m away from home. Their pancake breakfast reminds me of my childhood, the soft sweet buttery pancakes melting in your mouth and stuffing your stomach. You’re always guaranteed to leave burger town with a full stomach. They’re a staple in the community.
