I visited Chick-fil-A and experienced extremely poor service and unprofessional management. I waited in the drive-thru line for approximately 10 minutes before placing my order. After doing so, the employee put me on hold and returned at 8:04 PM to inform me that they could not take my order because the store was “closed.” I explained that I had been waiting in line, but instead of honoring my order or offering what food was still available, I was told they had run out of food.

To make matters worse, the drive-thru was coned off after the vehicle behind me, leaving me trapped in the line. I was forced to wait an additional 10 minutes while the cars ahead of me were served, even though I was denied service.

When I reached the window, I asked to speak with a manager to share my frustrations about how poorly the situation was handled. The manager was dismissive, rude, raised his voice, and repeatedly cut me off instead of listening.

This experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. This location’s operations and customer service have significantly declined, and I strongly encourage a review of their practices and management.

This location is usually well run. The younger staff seem a little distracted, I had to wait for my order longer than expected. I actually watched them bag my order because it wasn't busy at the time and when they were done they didn't call my name, it just sat there for a few minutes while they served someone else. But they got to it eventually so all is well that ends well.

Quiet and welcoming. Service was excellent and efficient. We ate outside in the picnic area. DT was busy but moved fast, mobile collection was also available.

I real want this place to be a success, but I just dont see it. Having to wait for coffee to brew at 9am seems a little lack. Always get a well appreciated welcome but after that, it is a crap shoot on the customer experience you recieve. There are times when it seems they dont know how to work the register. I recently asked for a #4 combo and then had to explain what is in the combo. Then had to ask twice for sauces. Are the employees not trained on the product? I get it... small nit picky stuff. But I really enjoy having it there, as it is really convenient. But I dont see it being around much longer. I hate seeing retail leave this area Especially with a better store down the street

I came in today for lunch with a group of 4 students with disabilities. I had ordered fries and a combo for my clients. Upon receiving the food, I said thank you cheerfully to our server, whose name is Mark. I have been a customer here at this location many times, including today. Upon being thirsty, I asked for water, and Mark hesitantly gave me the water cup because he thought I was an nonpaying customer. Never thought I would be met with such a negative smug attitude simply cause I asked for a water cup. Never will I come to this location again.

I am a regular Chick Fil A customer.. My family and I sometimes eat twice a day at Chick Fil A. On 6/5/25 we visited the Foothill Ranch location, once I arrived home I realized our order was incorrect. I immediately called but the store was closed, so I called the next morning, on 6/6/25. I was told that the cares team manager would give me a call. Over there course of a few days I hadn’t received the call, so I made another attempt a few days later and again today, 6/11/25. I finally received a call from a very arrogant, rude and unconcerned cares manager, Karen Marie. It’s disappointing to have to resort to this, and what’s worse is she didn’t care that I was calling corporate to make a complaint, or leaving a negative review. I feel bad for the owner of this store.

Despite the sound of the pressure washer overpowering the the drive thru speaker and me having to wait for it to stop to order and repear 3 or 4 times, they were very nicw n understanding 😀

Unfortunately, there is no customer at this location. The food tasted old and refried / burnt. Management refused to resolve my concerns because I couldn't return the food the same day. No remake or refund was offered. That's NOT the way you keep customers. You are way better off going to any other location than this one.

I had a disappointing experience during a recent visit to this location while picking up two mobile orders—one for myself and one for my husband—via the drive-thru. After confirming both orders through the intercom, I pulled up to the window and was handed only one. I waited, thinking there may have been a mix-up, only to be asked, “Is Ryan in the car with you? No? Then I can’t give you his order.”

I was surprised, as I’ve never encountered this issue at this location or others, including the Woodbury branch. The staff explained that because one of the orders included a free sandwich, they could not release it unless my husband was physically present. I asked if they could cancel the order and restore the reward to the account so we could pick it up elsewhere, but was told that wasn’t possible.

In the end, they reluctantly gave me the sandwich while saying, in a condescending tone, “I’ll give it to you this one time, but next time I won’t.” The entire interaction felt unnecessarily patronizing, especially given that this hasn't been an issue in the past.

Slowest drive thru I have ever been in. I sat in the drive thru for over 25 min with only 3 cars. Ridiculous!!
