I bought a $3.48 cup of lemonade at 9pm.... the store closes at 11pm.. I went back to get more... and ALL the lemonades had been removed by 9:15.. why is this store closing up almost 2 hours earlier than they claim to be open?...... They only have one person at the mobile pickup station and during dinner time I suggest waiting for 10-15 min before u head over to the store because there are whales that would order 10 burritos in one order and completely ruin the mobile pickup time. So it would be faster to just order at the counter. But either way this place is very slow and unpleasant to visit

First time to this location just a few minutes ago. As there are different locations and staff at any point, I am rating just for this one time experience compared to other locations. Late evening on a weeknight. I definitely had my share of different experiences and wouldn't doubt it may be different same place and time.I had a great experience. The staff handled my burrito professionally. Good portion. Paid and out. One odd experience was their soda fountain seems much crisper (or refreshing) than other locations, especially compared to Costco. One of the reasons I am leaving a review.

Please shut this location down or have everyone retrained for food processing. I found hair in 3 of the 6 bowls I ordered. Absolutely disgusting, ended up throwing the entire order out.

Not sure why this location is so different but it is...There is always WAY to much jalapeno in their MILD tomato salsa; it's terrible. Maybe they think it stands out. It does, it's terrible.Really noticeable compared to their other restaurants.I "went with it" anyway - was hungry, and then was on the toilet for 2 days straight.

I’ve been coming to this location for about two years now because it’s about 10 minutes from my work and it’s convenient on my lunch breaks. But lately when I pick up my online orders, they’ve almost constantly been wrong. Today I ordered a bowl with guac & the bowl did not have any guac, and instead had cheese. I have a dairy allergy, so now I’m at work with another eight hours left of my shift and no lunch. It’s nice that chipotle will comp me a free meal, but I do wish the workers would pay more attention to detail when preparing online orders because now, yet again, I cannot eat a lunch. I’m sure the in store service is fine but I would not recommend placing any mobile orders at this location.
Worst experience of my life, I love chipotle but the manager at the register was an ass, I ordered the same food from two days ago and this time the manager wanted to overcharge me. Rather than honoring the proof I had with my bank statements, she took my food and threw it away and she asked the kitchen to remake it but less food in it. The second time I found hair in my food and they looked at me as if I'm doing it intentionally but I'm not so inhumane to waste food so she threw that away, the tired time, she made it with even lesser food. I will not eat here again, I don't care for my experience but don't waste food!

Everyone is so nice and always do the best ! However, KEVIN the the in the front. Is not the best. I have always thought customer service is supper important. And KEVIN does not have it in him. Such horrible attitude, horrible customer service. I don't know why he is still working there. Chipotle, you do not need people like that working here. Only slows the team down and makes customers not want to visit this location anymore.
