I thought they said they were putting more meat on their items but that's not what I saw when I bought my burrito

It’s just a chipotle and y'all know how chipotle works haha but I felt I got outstanding customer service today from Ernesto, had to give it a formal shout out. It really makes a difference, like actually the sort of small upgrade to getting lunch that makes you more likely to come back.

The service would have been a 5/5, but they did serve me moldy food. If I could put the star rating for food lower than a 1, I would have.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a chipotle and they must’ve cut back on the portions for meat. I used to get a full spoon now it’s maybe half a spoon. Oh well, I was there on a free gift card. Won’t be there on my own dime though lol.
Not that great.

I love chipotle. This location is generally good when you order in person. When ordering online my burritos or bowl weren’t as good

They were out of a lot of items, the workers didn’t give me full portions. Probably won’t come back my bowl is half empty.

Awful service, half a scoop of chicken is considered full portion, asked for more rice and was told it will cost extra.

BEWARE! Very bad, horrid customer service and staff doesn't know menu and gets items mixed up. This is dangerous when customers have food allergies and the staff does not pay attention to the order. Also, there are issues with the restrooms which need attention. You can get locked inside due to a jammed lock!

I am writing to express my concern regarding a serious sanitary issue I encountered at your establishment on September 4th 2024.
Before ordering my food, I went to the restroom and noticed a worker come in. After he finished his business, he walked out without washing his hands. I immediately went to the front to speak with a manager to inform them that the soap dispenser was not working. While doing so, I saw the same employee enter the employee area and go directly to serving food.
I informed the manager about the worker not washing his hands. The manager spoke to the employee, who then went to the back, presumably to wash his hands. The manager then told me that the soap dispenser has not been working. This implies that all employees and customers have been unable to wash their hands, which is a significant sanitary concern.
If employees do not wash their hands after using the restroom and then proceed to prepare food, it poses a serious health risk. Even if they use gloves, touching the gloves with dirty hands contaminates the food that customers will later consume.
I urge you to address this issue immediately to ensure the health and safety of both your employees and customers. Proper hand hygiene is crucial in preventing foodborne illnesses and maintaining a safe dining environment.
