Very understaffed. There was one person doing check ins, hand stamps, and prizes. We presented a Groupon which clearly states the Play cards were included in the cost, but she charged us separately for the card, saying that they were not included. They also had prizes on display, but when my son asked for one of them, they were “completely out“ and she stated that the numerous ones visible were for display only. We waited 30 minutes just to be checked in. We waited another 15 minutes to be helped with prizes. They haven’t returned my calls about charging me for the play cards. No accountability. It shouldn’t be so taxing for parents to take their kids to a place to have fun.
Pizza is ok but wings and fries are a TINY portion and cold. A little dirty and mismanaged for sure. Poor service.
Super over priced..not very good deals or specials..
Food service is horrifically slow. It took over an hour for 2 pizzas to come out. Nothing special, but the garlic crust was nice. We used a discount coupon and it took almost half a dozen tries for the cashier to finally apply the coupon correct for our bundle (he even asked coworkers for help). Workers try and are nice and polite, but don't expect decent service at all. I think like many places, they are just understaffed and it's showing up as poor customer service. This location put in an obstacle course, so most of the games are now crammed together. They try to upsell you on the monthly membership, but we don't really want to keep taking our kids here often to make the most of that monthly expense. Look for discount coupons because everything adds up quickly. We bought one hour of unlimited play, but unfortunately, we could only pause it one time when our little one ate and couldn't pause it when he needed another break to use the bathroom. We prefer our membership to the trampoline park for our little one since it's a much better value in a facility with a lot more space and active things for him to do instead of playing a lot of arcade games.

It is all about the kids. All that matters is they are having fun.
We had a birthday party at the foothill ranch location. Most disappointing thing is our birthday cake melted after they stored it for an hour! We emphasized it’s an ice cream stuffed cake but somehow they didn’t store it appropriately. This ruined our birthday!
The place is also disorganized, we were told there will be a host dedicated for the table, but no, there is one single host that serve all 10 tables (~150-200 people), we waited for 20+ minutes just to get an ice cream, and another 20 minutes just to get a knife to cut the cake. Can you imagine what’s it like when one kid watched all her friends to eat ice creams for 20 minutes?
Also when they handed out the game cards, none of them are activated. So we had to collect cards from all kids just to replace them. It just felt very chaotic in a 2 hour mega fun package.
Severly understaffed. Otherwise a nicer chuck e cheese.
They just want to charge you! If you are a gust of birthday party and you loose your cup you have to pay $3.5 for an other one. And you are talking a bout kids! It happens to them a lot to lose their cup!
The charge you $15 to jump on the smallest trampoline, kids only want to try that maybe for a minute or two! I really don’t like that place.

We went there for my daughter birthday party. The staff were so rude, slow, bad service. When I booked the party, they didn’t explain to me everything, that wasn’t what I expected. When I talked to the manager, she didn’t care , she just said your package didn’t have so much service . We were not happy in there.

Went here on a Wednesday to support a school fundraiser. Awful. Tables not clean. Employees walking around, and not doing anything. We were literally the only people who ordered pizza in the entire restaurant, yet it took 20+ min to get it. Sad. Broken games. Never again.

This is was our first time taking our toddlers there and it absolutely exceeded expectations! Relatively clean, lots of games to choose from, easy parking and entering. Food was meh, but it’s not why we’re really there right? The important thing is the kids loved it and it was a good place to hang out on a very hot day.

No beer or wine. The place does appear cleaner.
Always feels understaffed - have wait to pay and get checked in and out. A number of machines always seem to be broken.
The staff is nice and helpful, and the pizza is surprisingly good.
