Its never terribly busy which is great!

Spent way too much time and money at this place as the kids grew up. Solid Chuck E. Cheese, though their salad bar isn't quite as good as it used to be. Super clean place.

Extremely fun for kids in about 1hr to 1hr and a half that start getting bored and it’s a little overpriced but overall I’d recommend it

One complaint, no active discount.
I normally buy the summer pass for my grandchildren . Would be nice to have a discount coupon for the surprise trips we make to Chucky cheese when we pick the kids up from school.

Has always been been the place to go since my teenage years, as a kid, as a mom and now a grandmother, bee more than 30 years enjoying it

Loud, but grateful to get a spot for my granddaughter birthday party. We got rained out. Each child had 2 hours of unlimited play for $20. Kind of bummed the lanyards were extra $2 each. Food was good, however I felt it was expensive and took an hour to come out.

The cost is a bit high for what you get. And the Salad bar was lack luster. My kids had a great time.

Super understaffed tonight, no one working security to ensure kids are safe and always a challenge to get cups for water :/

Severely understaffed. Huge line and only 1 person at the register. I had to wait for 15 minutes to get in the door with hand stamps and another 20 minutes in line after. This place would be great if they had 1 more staff member at the register every night. We come here often and this is a frequent problem that is very frustrating. Other than that the food, cleanliness, and games are all good.

I had my 7 year old daughter birthday party here and the entire team was amazing !!! Super helpful super friendly the manager and the entire team went above and beyond to give my birthday girl and her whole birthday invite the best day ever ! Totally recommend this location if your in OC fast service , super clean and so much parking

Great place for kids

Eric was the best host for our daughter’s 3rd birthday party! He was very clear about any additional costs for add ons we wanted and constantly checked in on us. He happily helped us the whole evening and made this the easiest party we’ve ever thrown and we will 100% be having our other kids birthdays at this location as well. All the kids in our group (ages 1 - 8 years old) had so much fun. We added the jump pass on and it’s definitely worth the price. :)
