Never been there. I'm pretty much stuck at home. But the food is really good and they get it here pretty fast.

Moving into a new house and everyone was hungry.First, I went through the drive thru. Made my order and half of my drinks were wrong. I noticed those and when I asked the drive thru person to correct them she gave me attitude. Next she heads me all of the food like she is in a hurry. Mind you, no cars behind me. Then when I politely asked, "Excuse me, can I get some hot sauce and ketchup?" Again with the crappy attitude.Then, I get to the house, and food orders are all over the place. One of the orders, was for nachoes with no meat.I got lettuce, some cheese and sour cream and four chips. No utensils, no napkins.....if you are going to have a shitty attitude at least get the orders right! Never again!!

My fast food threshold is very low, but terrible...Why will NONE of your local restaurants give us fries well done form the drive thru if we ask? If anything, they were undercooked, limp and gross. Not coming back.
I ordered via drive through couple minutes ago at 8:20 PM on June 29th. The dispatch took my order wrong. Therefore, I went inside to complain about it. He wasn’t apologetic and kept arguing but agreed to correct the order. He was full of sweats . Therefore, I did not order another meal because kitchen, and he himself was really dirty.

Way better than the Del Taco across the street. Our regular orders are just chicken soft tacos and the chicken burritos, and the ones from this location have actual fillings inside. We happened to go to the other one (the Del Taco by the Mobil gas station) last week and the tacos were about a tablespoon of chicken, and almost no lettuce or tomato or cheese.

I've gone to this Del Taco location several times, I walk in with my e-scooter in hand and place it next to me while I wait for my to-go order. Never had an issue, yet today the cashier enforces the policy that no bikes are allowed inside. I didn't have my lock at the time because I've never needed it before. I will NEVER return to this location. What a way to treat paying customers. He treated me like an unwelcomed guest not a customer and I felt discriminated against because I am a white male. I hope that wasn't the case but it sure felt like it, especially considering the place was empty besides a employee taking a break so it wasn't like my scooter was a nuisance to anybody. Overall, the employees don't care to lose customers and that is bad business for the owner.

They messed up my order I called back as they didn't give me a receipt and as I lived Far I wanted my money back and they said next time I was in the area to tell them my name and they would remake my order I went back to have my order remake and after driving there they told me they couldn't remake my order because I didn't have a receipt even though I had my credit card to prove I made the purchase there.This place is a joke. Go to the Taco Bell across the street their customer service is better
