The food is always fresh, perfect, and affordable.However, I discovered new signage today that violates California laws on discrimination.They now have additional signs beyond restrooms for customer use only. Now specifically stating only for customers who have bought and are consuming food while they are consuming it.In California it is illegal to turn down a person requesting a cup of filtered water. This makes them a customer.In California, it is further illegal to discriminate on services provided based on what a customer does or does not buy.As a homeless person who has always been grateful for the affordable half pound burrito, this breaks my heart.Especially with so many employees descendents of immigrants themselves.???Sign is still there today two days later.

Del Taco, is quickly becoming my favorite fast food chain for when I have Taco cravings. This location is one of the best in Lake Forest, with a 24-hour drive through and all-day breakfast. They treat me fair and friendly every time too, and also is a nice quiet place for dinner. Favorite entrees include the chicken quesadilla, the steak quesadilla taco, and the bean and cheese burrito with green chili.Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian options including bean burritos, salads, and nachos. However, most are made in the same kitchen as meat-based items.Parking: Handicap spots at the store front, and part of a general shopping center that is rarely busy, so it's easy to find parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Two entrances with single manual doors. Wheelchair accessible counter but the soda fountain is not wheelchair accessible.
I go to this restaurant quite often and Ricardo Rodriguez is working at the drive thru window most of the time.He is a pleasant person and he's very good at his job. Efficient service with a smile every time. ?He is an asset to your organization.

It has been about a year since I have been to this del taco and now I remember why I don't. Tried ordering food but the lady on the speaker didn't seem to understand me at all, nor could she speak English. First bag of food wasn't even close to what I ordered, second bag had items I ordered but wrong amounts and third bag had one burrito and 25 packets of sauce. When I got the receipt it was for a hamburger which wasn't even ordered and I was the only person in the drive thru. I used to love del taco in Aliso Viejo but the 2 on El Toro are HORRIBLE. I think I have had enough del taco and cant believe I'm saying this but give me taco bell! For the love of all Del Taco get your act together or close these locations. They give you a bad rap.

When I do decide to eat at Del Taco, this is my go-to location. As a tradition, if they are open on a major holiday, such as Thanksgiving, I will stop in. I also like to come here for an occasional breakfast.The service has always been friendly and quick. I always have gone with the drive thru, so I can't comment on the interior.This location does suffer from a poorly designed drive thru exit, but you just have to leave slowly as you can't see cross traffic due to the dumpster enclosure.I enjoy the basic items on the menu such as the Del Beef Burrito and Egg & Cheese burrito, and the taste and quality is consistent at this location to where it reminds me when I had them as a child back in the late 60's/early 70s. This not a regular part of my diet, but an occasional nostalgia treat and the quality always delivers.

Low rating for the service/scam not the barely par food.Went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 combo burritos, 2 del tacos and a macho tea. Total was $27!!!! Asked for a receipt was told it was in the bag, got home, no receipt to even check what cost that much.
