I ordered a pizza for pick up today, and one single pizza took 45 min to make. When they take that long to make it, you would expect it to be correct, but it wasn't. When it was finally ready, they set it on the counter, said here is your pizza, and walked away. No one asked if I would like plates or napkins, which I did want both. Since I realized I wasn't going to get any decent customer service I went ahead and left. Then I realized after leaving that they had put meat on my vegetarian pizza, so I had to turn around and drive back. I asked for the manager and was told there was none there - no wonder it's a shitshow when there is no manager on site. A woman named Bree told me she was the person in charge at the moment. I explained to her how upset I was that I had waited 45 min for one pizza to be made, wasn't offered any plates or napkins, drove home and realized that they had put meat on my veggie pizza which would have made my family extremely ill if we had eaten it and not caught their mistake. Bree said that they are busy because of their current promo and when they are this busy we can't expect quality - yes, she actually said this!!... and that mistakes ARE going to happen and its out of their hands. I asked her, whose hands is it in then, if not the employees?! After being flat out told by their staff that they ARE going to screw up when they are busy, and we shouldn't expect quality from them, and they have no control over their own actions, of taking way too long just to give you the wrong items that will make you violently ill, I won't come here again and will warn others not to as well. As someone with 20+ years of customer service management experience myself, I was appalled at the response I got. Not only taking zero responsibility ("its out of our hands"), but also having zero empathy, after I explained that after waiting so long for my food, driving home, seeing my order was messed up, having to drive back, I still had no dinner and now had to find something else after having wasted all that time. She just looked at me like I was wasting her precious time when she had better things to do. If you want to be treated with common courtesy, get an order that's correct, or get your food in a timely manner, this is NOT the place.

My dad ordered and I found a hair cooked into the pizza my dad told me to call so I did. When I called to ask the guy I talked to was understanding at first and then said he would make us a new one and it would be on its way in 45 minutes and if I was okay with waiting I said yes thatās fine then asked for me to give back the pizza and I said okay i will but just letting you know itās not the full pizza we ate most of it he thought I said this was the last slice and rudely said so conveniently the last slice has a hair cooked into it. I then said if you do not believe me I will gladly show the driver the slice that has the cooked hair in it. He said thatās not necessary because āI have to believe youā. Rude customer service if heās the manager he needs to be retrained you never say that to a customer EVER. Thereās the photo of the cooked in hair. I would never lie just to get another pizza this made me nauseous and almost throw up because well Iām pregnant and the unsanitary food isnāt good for my baby or me.

This Dominoās location is one of the worst Dominoās in town as far as service. Every time we order at this location something is missing in our order. Last night we ordered a 5 topping L pizza, what we got was a pizza with bacon and olives only, when we called to complain, the guy was very rude in the phone, kept me on the phone for over 15 min to verify my order, then instead of being apologetic for their mistakes and offer a remake, he is asking me to bring back the wrong orderā¦.they didnāt even offer to remake my order which I had paid for. He just insisted over the phone with a rude tone to ābring the pizza backā. Are they even allowed to take back food which has already been taken out of the restaurant? It was the most ridiculous approach from their employee. Never gonna go back to that place. And will report their behavior of asking costumers to return food to the restaurant. I DONāT CARE to return the pizza because it was horrible pizza but their action shocked me.

Called to check up on an order that is late, the gentleman that answered the call was extremely rude. Customer service was beyond shocking. I would never recommend ordering from this store.

the man who works hear (dont know his name but he has a bit of a Mexican accent) is very nice to me and my friend. 11/10

Best dish is the chicken alfredo and noodles. You can always order garlic bread or other items from the menu.
