Picked up my pizza right on time, as scheduled, but it wasn’t ready. They had one person working, who told me she’d put it in as soon as possible. While waiting, I asked if I could use their bathroom, and her response? “The bathroom isn’t for customers, it’s employees only.” This, despite a clear customer-facing sign and the fact that it’s a restaurant where you can eat on-site.
Honestly, this might be one of the strangest things I’ve ever experienced. The pizzas aren’t that great to begin with, so I think I’m done with Domino’s. This is ridiculous.

The staff forgot to use the order tracking software, so despite monitoring the order progress tracker and being set to receive text messages I was never informed on the status of my order. I figured they were busy when the order was never marked as being placed in the oven, but after an hour I called to ask about it and it was ready. By the time I got there the pizza was no longer hot.

Yesterday night I ordered a pizza by phone and went to pick up. The pizza was burnt and he said it is “over crispy”. You can wait until I make another one. I could not because my kids were hungry at home. They did not offer anything to make it up. Then the guy said our payment system is not working so I will take your credit card to the back of the store for payment and when I said I am not comfortable, he said so I can not give you the pizza. I said It is not my problem but I will bring the money tomorrow. The guy said no payment no pizza. Also, the quality of the pizza never met Dominos’ standards. It was an awful experience.

An economical place and the pizzas taste very good and the size is very good. Young Victor is very attentive and helped us get the promotions. I thought it was a very good place for dinner and if you want pizza ?

The food is to be expected if you've had Dominos before, but why are the items at this location $1.50 to $2.00 more expensive compared to the other Lake Forest Dominos off of Ridge Crest? Makes no sense, and this is pre-tax, too. Won't bother with this location again.
The local restaurant is fine, but the company is stuck in the past. Whether it is their aggravating app, to their nickel-and-diming and unclear pricing, to their terrible rewards program the company needs to get with the times
