Don’t expect the delivery drivers to read the notes. Twice I put “don’t knock” on the delivery instructions and they still knock anyway. Pretty annoying

This store is terrible ! It said online my pizza was marked delivered within 15 minutes . I waited over 1 hour and half . The driver doesn't even have tracking gps to see where they are . It was then after 11:30 and they are closed so cannot contact . No Pizza and they took my money , charged for delivery and i even had a tip included . That driver should be fired ! will never use Dominos or trust these people again EVER .

Went inside to pickup my order, I watched a lady working there touch her keyboard, touch the sauce bottles, & cut a pizza then she made my pizza without washing her hands and without gloves. I order from here a lot but will not be returning. Very grossed out

Exceptionally rude staff. There was a website error in scheduling my order (confirmed with customer service that this was the case) and they blamed me and yelled at me for wanting them to waste their product when I asked if there was anything I can do, which to me, even reheating advice would have been appreciated. Never ordering from here again, which is a shame because I used to order from here all the time.

Appreciate the staff that has been there for years (Marcelo is great as always) but a lot of the new people seem to be affecting the service negatively. Walked in to pick up my order and out of the 4-5 people working nobody acknowledged me, a lady was on her phone at the stretching table front and center, didn’t even look up until i was by the soda machine where she looked up and looked at me as if she was scared (still holding her phone out scrolling). I walked to the counter and nobody took the initiative to walk up and help (it was dead in there no work to do) so i told all of them i am there for my pick up and another worker from the back came to help. She walked up and wanted me to sign the receipt (completely fine) but then held my food hostage until i signed the receipt, hovering over me. This is not good customer service, they are lucky to have gotten a tip, coming from someone who worked at this location in the past this place has gone downhill. Again, the old staff are still great, they are the reason this review is not lower as i do not want to affect them.
