This location sells you old donuts that were left in the refrigerator overnight.Came early Sunday morning and ordered a dozen donuts for $16. I guess they had pre made boxes just sitting there because they instantly gave me the box upon paying. When I got home and looked at the donuts, it felt like a slap to the face for $16, cold wrinkly donuts.Sometimes, you forget that this is a corporate place where the employees just don't care. Gotta start supporting mom and pop shop where they take pride in their business.

the rewards system is bull, and they've recently made changes to make it even worse lol!!! For example you have to spend $90 to get a free latte, yes that's correct almost $100 for a $5 latte, for a company that depends on loyal customers to choose them over other coffee shops, this is ridiculous! I've been loyal to dunkin for years but the fact that they made a somewhat decent rewards system (not great to start with) even worse shows where they stand with their customers, I will be taking my business to starbucks from now on and suggest you do the same.

Go to a place that know ice belongs in an iced coffee. Worse coffee shop I have ever been too. Every time I order (4 times) Iced Coffee no Ice is in it and coffee is warm. Go to any other Dunkin or even any coffee shop. Save your money or take it somewhere else.

The worst Dunkin ever - pls DO NOT waste your money. No work ethics , unprofessional , they burnt all our food and did not apologize , we had missing items in our order and they gave us attitude about it . 5 people working in this store and yet it took 45 mins to get our food and drinks which was burnt .

I’ve been to this Dunkin Donuts twice within a week and first they gave me my order and forgot to give me the sandwich I ordered thankfully I double checked my bag before leaving and made sure I got the sandwich I paid for and then today I’m eating my food and I had order/paid for two things of hash browns and I kid you not one of the bags only had THREE hash browns in it and the other only had TWO. I’m very disappointed with the lack of attention the employees at this location have while doing the job they’re paid to do. I used to frequent this Dunkin and I’m sad to see they’ve hired people who just simply don’t care to do their job properly and it’s unfortunate to see the service has gone down hill so much. I will most definitely not be returning to this location.!

This is well run establishment with tasty coffee. It may not please all the coffee connoisseurs but what do they expect? It's Dunkin! I enjoy the service there too, particularly Sierra who provided top notch customer service and the latté was yum . I look forward to coming back soon.

I like to get matcha lattes here, and the workers were sweet/understanding to make my drink again since it was a lil bit watered down the first time (and they gave me a larger cup too). I always feel bad asking for food to be remade, but the girl answering the pickup window was nice!
Love their coffee and donuts. I like the avocado toast a lot.

I won't be coming to this location again. I paid at the walk up counter with cash. Employee gives me my change. Then, using the same gloves that handled the filthy money, grabs my donut and try's to give it to me. I asked for a new, clean donut, which she gave me (with a free side of bad attitude). These employees are obviously in need of a refresher on proper food handling procedures.

Worst dunkin what i ever seen. Every day I go there for an order that I placed from the app, I stand and wait 10-15 minutes. Today I waited for a donut and regular coffee for 15 minutes. I often took coffee there, but today was the last time

For a drive-through with a walk-up window that had no one else there, service was slow and rude. Also, I hope you don't want a napkin as you'll get scoffed at when asking for more than a single napkin.
