Came in today 3/5 @ 1120am to get a bowl and they are NOT open. Please hire reliable staff.

I used to love this location. I knew the original owner who started it in Lake Forest, and overall, it’s been a great place. However, today I had a terrible experience this morning. The one employee was incredibly rude, she seemed completely checked out and uninterested in helping and very short. I understand that everyone has their own struggles, but that shouldn’t be an excuse to take it out on customers, especially to this extent. She was short with every interaction, didn’t acknowledge a simple “have a good day,” and overall, it felt like she just didn’t want to be there.

Earth bowl has such great options for açaí or sorbets, alongside healthy toppings. Their ingredients and flavor is what keeps me coming back. I’m super bummed out that they’re possibly not going to carry the açaí peanut butter sorbet flavor. Particularly this location, I had great customer service by Chantelle- she always crafts a good bowl or shake. I’ve seen her train other coworkers as well and her knowledge and flavors come out great. On top of providing friendly customer service! Will come back for sure.
