I had a quick bite with my family at this location today july 22 around 6:00 PM. The lady named Fabiola at the counter was very friendly and efficient. Makes us feel welcome. We made a mistake on our order and she fix it for us kindly. Truly made a difference in our experience. I’m not a pollo loco regular but at this location and with that type of service I can see myself coming back again. The lady did a great job on making our food was great and even fresh . Bravooo

Very nice manager on duty Ty for the salad dressing. Didn’t expect good customer service but was happy to get it. Very kind. Ordered the chicken and shrimp tostada also pleasantly surprised at the quality of the shrimp so I had to leave a review. I don’t get his name but he was working the counter yesterday when I came in for lunch. I’ll come in more regularly to patronize this establishment because I believe in supporting businesses/franchises that still value customer...
