Portion sizes for a sushi restaurant are double than what's typically served at other sushi restaurants. It was really surprising because I went in without knowing what the food was really like and I ended up getting this mountain of fresh sashimi! The sushi rice was seasoned well and the fish tasted great. They gave me a dipping sauce which I assume was a mix of yuzu, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Underestimated the portions at this place. For example I got the Golden Tiger Roll and received 9 large pieces. I also got the Baked Monster which was baked crab sushi rolls that looked like baked lasagna. Overall, the staff were nice and the food was good.
Fat fish is my go to spot! the service is great and the rolls are excellent. I have done all you can eat several times and am always satisfied with the quality and selection of sushi. I have also gotten the lake Forest in to go containers and it was nearly packaged in several boxes (and includes enough food for about 3 people).
